She has the right of way, yeah. But again, once he nosed out, she literally tried to drive around him, into the other lane, had to pull back into the left lane because she almost hit another car, then they collide. Her behavior is objectively NOT defensive driving, is aggressive, escalated the incident, and almost involved a third party. They're both idiots, but she's also a complete asshole and in a just world this is split 50/50 and both their insurance premiums go up.

If you can somehow show that it's been abandoned, different story.

Unless there's posted permit parking or it's a private road then it's gonna be on public property and there's nothing you can legally do about it.

If it is not in operable condition or has expired registration then maybe, depending on local laws.

People seem to forget that YouTube didn't always have in-video ads. Sidebar ads are much more palatable without breaking up the user experience. Now YouTube will interrupt the middle of a video to force another ad.
