- Has almost a live-in girlfriend who has boxed me in in the driveway, and I get to hear them banging. Also has other strange women over at all hours. Saw a positive pregnancy test left out one time, when he already has a kid with another woman that she won't let him see lol. Horrifying. - Does not know how to use basic appliances (still is putting a cap of detergent - cap included - into the washing machine even though I've told him it has an automatic dispenser. we've been at this house almost 2 years) - Has smoked in the house multiple times despite me AND the landlord telling him not to - Leaves food/drinks out or in the fridge long enough that it starts to rot and I usually have to throw it out - has blasted the TV so loud from his room in the middle of the night that you can hear it everywhere in the house - Takes fat shits and doesn't bother to use lysol spray that we have or crack a window despite me asking him to I would say worse than the even #'s but better than the odds.
