The minute I saw Nahyuta was on the other side of the courtroom is the only time I got legitimately angry at this series. It's one thing to be a bad, annoying character and by far the series' worst prosecutor, it's another to completely overexpose that bad character in a situation where he has no fucking need to be there. I've never properly played 4 or the Edgeworth games so any irritation towards those is second-hand. So yeah I'd rewrite 6-4 and just replace Nahyuta with like, fucking anyone (Klavier, why not. Dad's inscrutable. Prefers a quiet life. I think he's fairly changeable on who he votes for, but doesn't tell me or mum because he doesn't have an argumentative bone in his body. Probably leans conservative. I'm a bit more left than my sister but not by a lot I'd say, so we're similar. They are at least all further left than US Republicans and Farage, and mostly acknowledge that Johnson was an incompetent manchild, so there's at least some common ground there. Extended family I've never really talked to about it though I know one of my aunts votes, or has voted, for Labour recently. --- Not to be confused with XIII_Minerals. |

But I'm still inclined to go with 1-4. 6-5 is fantastic and the twist is incredible, but the structure is weird and that second trial day goes a bit too long, I think. 2-4 is obviously amazing too - nothing wrong with it. Even admittedly has Gen 4 and Arceus, which are both great, and ORAS was a terrific remake imo. But it also has SwSh, the phoned-in Gen 4 remakes, and I've never been as high on GSC as some - I think it's pretty overrated and is saved by the final boss. --- Not to be confused with XIII_Minerals. |
