I wonder how much work it actually is to include the female protagonist. I cant believe that its any serious work at all to add the extra S-links and character models. In-game cutscenes and voice work has to be trivial, too. This isnt like P5, where youd have to rewrite chunks of the story, so the only big ask I can think of is redrawing animated cutscenes, right?

What exactly did FES add that's not in the base game?

Marie made it into Persona Q, but that's the only example I can think of. And I guess Theo too, depending on how you want to count him.

Oh yeah, Marie and Theo were also in Arena, now that I think about it.

Imagine if this game really is just Persona 3, but with P5's graphics and combat.

I'm not sure what the gameplay is, but I notice that all of the spinoff and release party members are absent. Of the other games' spinoffs, I only played P4AU; did Labrys keep appearing in later games?

No one is asking the most important question: will the Guy Savage dream sequence return?

First, that its title implies it's a spinoff instead of a mainline game, second, that it's just straight-up much less well-known than 2, 3, 4, or even 5, third, that it's the only mainline game you can't already get on modern hardware, which makes it less accessible and therefore famous and beloved, and fourth, it's just a really awkward game compared to most in the series.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I'd be happy with a CVX remake, but it wouldn't draw the same money to Capcom as remaking 1 or 5.

I think by the standards of being a remake of RE3, it was fairly good

But - and I know how overstated this is, but it should be repeated anyway - they need to give CVX this treatment before they do anything else.

I think RE5 and even another RE1 remakes are much more likely than CVX.

I'm most interested in seeing who gets the new song they'll inevitably add. Each live-action musical adds one new one, and I want to see who gets it.

The latter, but it's episodic with self-contained stories within an overarching plot. There's a little tutorial story, one full episode, and most(?) of a second right now. I have no idea how fast they plan on completing and adding new story areas though.

Does this game have a singular main storyline with an ending? Or does it go on forever to get you to keep spending money on it?

Aside from The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog, I haven't played a Sonic game since 1996. I barely know anything about the series anymore.

I stand by the theory that Aerith still did but they just wanted to do things like this so they could make it shocking once again.

I can imagine Cloud dying in a huge swerve to make things crazy for players, but I'd be way more shocked if Aerith bites it again. Although, I stand by the 'everyone lives' ending.

You may not have noticed, but they went out of their way to show that no civilians died. The only person who dies in the whole game is President Shinra, I think. Not saying that's a bad thing, but this comes across to me as an attempt to make a purely happy ending for the story.

The last one killed Heroes. Has this one killed anything?

I voted Jurassic World, but I actually did enjoy the absurdity of the evil monster auction scene in the second movie the most out of any of all six.
