It makes sense that Whiterose, who is so obsessed with compunctuality that she has a dozen beepers and a house of esoteric time pieces, would like to conquer time. And it fits her grandiose yet mysterious monologues. But if this is literal then it's pushing the show straight into fantasy when previously it has enjoyed trying to be 'realistic' with manips of Obama speaking and actually researching linux distros and coding terminology. It would still make more physical sense that Whiterose is advancing interests of the Chinese state and has deluded Angela into believing some higher plan.

That's super easy to take care of. They mail you the registration paperwork like 2 months ahead of time. Just go online and pay it, then it gets mailed to you. If you're waiting until right before it expires, then that's on you.
