First Officer: I think Riker is probably the most qualified but I'm hesitant to put him because I think he's kind of an asshole. Maybe I'd also go with Chakotay. Security is Worf. No question. Maybe with Odo backing him up though. Medical is the EMH but only if it's late-Voyager EMH. For Science Officer. I'd actually say Janeway. I think she was probably a better science officer than a captain. For Engineering, I have to go with Geordi, but it's a close race with Miles. Miles is probably better as an actual mechanic, but Geordi has more experience dealing with weird shit space throws at you. With Miles, you also have the aura of horrific luck following him, so best to keep that off the ship. For Navigator I'd maybe go with Data. No organic species is going to be better at piloting than him.
