It could also be a finite number of geographically (well not geo but you know) different universes, not necessarily alternate timelines. Either having the same basic layout (void/stars/planets) as our Universe or something with completely different laws of physics.

"Stop the spread" really isn't a sufficient answer to the question. Also, I don't know if you wrote it, but that "no one could have foreseen this" joke on that chart doesn't really work. Everybody except right wingers could have foreseen those bumps were coming, many of them were in the winter anyway. The big exception being the Delta variant in the 2021, that was unexpected for a lot of people.

Also, I know some people will scoff at this, but can people stop getting acting like comparisons to Flu is akin to saying its nothing? Im not saying its the same at all, but the flu is a still a pretty big deal that can kill tens of thousands of Americans yearly.

I don't think Trade Schools are always the best solution as some people do, but I do think High Schools need to add an entire "Vocational" curriculum. Just have a bunch of classes about White and Blue collar jobs.

R0 rate is apparently about 0.48, which makes large scale spread very difficult. Theoretically that could change, but a bunch of other things could happen too.

Its hard to say. I dont think its just nostalgia since I remember, back when it was released on the DS, my younger cousin really liked it, and a guy in his 20s at the time played it for the first time and said it was possibly his favorite iirc.

For me, it already was surpassed with Xenogears and maybe Xenosaga III, but I know most would disagree. Definitely not Chrono Cross. That game did a lot of things great, and a lot not so good.

It probably is still the top RPG of all time in terms of general consensus. The majority might say it was surpassed, but the examples will all be different. The only thing that might have compared was the DLC for Witcher 3.

TTYD is the only one of the earlier Mario RPGs I never played. Still, its interesting that the 2 most well liked Mario RPGs are now getting remakes.

Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 were my first two big games on the PS4 (and probably my two biggest, for that matter). There's a good chance BG3 and Starfield will be my first on the Series X.

People said the same things about those two, with Witcher 3 being the vastly better game. While I do agree Witcher was better, there were still things I think were more fun about Fallout 4. We'll see if the same happens again.

I do think certain people are just very socially uncomfortable with me.
