At one point they had math saying that the reaction 'could' repeat forever and ignite Earth's atmosphere, but it was in the same way that a particle accelerator 'could' create a black hole due to high density energy collisions. IE it wasn't really a worry once they looked into it.

Why is the constitution even a plot point? The Kens' power emerged exclusively from the fact that introducing patriarchy brainwashed the Barbies somehow. Once the Barbies get un-brainwashed, the power situation is not fundamentally any different than before. There is no visible mechanism of enforcing political power in Barbieland. Who cares what the Constitution says, like at most it defines who President is so there'd be a President Ken instead, but it's not like President Barbie really does anything, Barbieland is a world of plastic and performance where the same day repeats forever.

Obviously you could claim I'm thinking way too hard about a movie about plastic dolls, but if we're gonna make movies trying to tackle the issue of patriarchy then I think a comprehensible depiction of how patriarchy actually operates on an intersectional level is paramount.

And there's that throwaway joke at the end where a Ken asks if they can have 1 high court justice and President Barbie says no, so Barbieland is still a place where Kens are oppressed even if they realized they are Kenough. So the Kens and Allan who helped the Barbies are honestly class traitors. I get the joke is about the slow progress of equal rights in the real world-- but is that seriously what we're gonna settle for in this movie? That patriarchy will only be chipped away tiny bit by tiny bit in real life, but at least you can laugh about how the situation is turned around on men in imaginary Barbieland? Maybe I expected too much of the Gerwig-Robbie-Gosling dream movie to include a revolutionary call to action :(

I'm not gonna assume the situation of the perp but I do want to point out how they're saying the quiet part out loud-- that the point of bail is to put poor people in jail without trial
