Kaioshin thought Frieza was a threat. Dunno why Piccolo threw that match. Both him and 18 would be strong enough to make Frieza their playthings. Maybe the saiyans in base would have a hard time. He also said he could beat Freeza with a single punch. Freeza is always a threat, but not one to Kaioshin. Im not going to pretend that I know the specifics of Kaioshins power, because its never stated. We know he could beat Freeza with a single punch (all of the Saiyans, Piccolo, and Androids could at this point), that he could restrain SSJ2 Gohan, and he could take damage from Buu without immediately dying. He also was the lone survivor of the war against Buu a long time ago. Thats it. We dont know exactly what he could do. But based on what he has done, my guess is on him. Sacrificed himself (and a galactic god) to save the planet Earth from destruction. Took out Majin Buu, stopping him from killing the entire universe Thats just from DB & DBZ, without getting into Super. Yeah, hes made dumb decisions along the way. Even selfish decisions. If the family doesnt have an older car and all of their cars are new enough to warrant full coverage, then buy an absolute POS old car for dirt cheap and have the 16 year old insured on that for liability only.
