Dont forget that Minny just beat Golden State 2 days ago in Golden state. Ive never seen a team play the same team two games in a row in the same building but this is because of the tournament. Usually they switch arenas outside the playoffs but not this time. If you're on a two lane road and the person in the right lane is going 10 below, you aren't technically breaking the law by passing them in the left lane going 9 below. Should you? Of course not. You should at LEAST be maintaining a 5-10mph difference when passing. The less time spent close to other cars, the better. Say a dirty back check knocks a guy into the boards and he ends up paralyzed, or a batter gets smoked in the head with a fastball causing a significant loss in brain function or something awful like that. Would the victim be able to sue the checker? I'm fully in favor of better helmets and neck guards and all the details here. But if people want to start suing for bad sports plays, dirty or accidental, does this not open those doors? (Or are they open already and nobody's bothered to actually go that route? What I tell myself: I don't eat outside the hours of 12PM - 8PM. What actually happens is: I don't have breakfast and really only eat a small lunch and a pretty good sized dinner. This results in a significant reduction in my intake. Now, I personally don't see it as a way to LOSE weight, at least for me as a slightly above average weight for my height. But what it has done is allowed me to maintain my current weight while not having to subsist on chicken and rice or other deliberately healthy meals. By sacrificing breakfast (which I usually don't do anyways, as I don't even find myself getting hungry until 1pm anyways), I can at least enjoy more food variety, not always healthy, and not gain weight. --- Sigless by choice |
