I lost like an hour of progress by wiping to the enemies in the boss rush or whatever right before I got there, and that put me off.

I've heard stuff like that, but I never even got a chance to experience it. I think the ending part of BK kinda burned me out.

Of those REmake

I looked at the type of game Spiritfarer is, and I feel like there's a decent chance I'd get bored quickly.

I probably should finish RE1R before I forget everything that happened, but I need a push. I have the Other option mostly if anyone has good ideas. Would be playing these on the Steam Deck, if that matters.

As I recall, there was something similar that happened in the original Kingdom Hearts. There were apparently some small notes scattered in the journal in the JP version, but were removed in the localization.

After looking it up, it was either just on KH2, or it was in 1 and 2, and I just cant find anything about 1.

Congrats. Been considering getting my own place. The minimal rent at the place I'm staying at is nice, but I'm sure the goodwill only lasts so long. Just got a promotion, so a house feels a bit more in reach.

Just beat him. Was stressing out, since I lost my (only) shield right at the end of the Calamity fight, with no healing left and in one-shot range. Managed to clutch that. Then I got scared of the huge laser in the final lap, especially since I had to use the updraft to hit his final weak point.

So, with 6 hearts, 1 extra stamina gauge, 4 health potions (essentially), and wearing the Gerudo outfit.

Only beat Nabirus (or whatever, the sand one), because that was the only one I hadnt beaten in the file I lost. Master Sword didnt break that whole time.

Hardest bits of the boss rush, besides Calamity Ganon, were the 2nd phases of Windblight and Waterblight. Wind especially felt inconsistent, he could just decide to throw double tornados immediately at the start of the phase, while I was in the corner from beating on his fallen body.

I think I might be able to beat him if I had a good read on the timing for Ganons aerial laser.

Nah, I was trying to rush the game. I've got 6 hearts and one stamina upgrade. Like 4 major healing items. Now that I have the Master Sword, it feels doable, but the last phase before the final final phase is gatekeeping me right now.

Got the Master Sword and went back. Fights go much faster and I'm more consistent, but Calamity Ganon is bugging me. His attacks don't seem hard to dodge/flurry, but it's hard to get the timing down, and I need to get them down to win in the long run.

Im guessing it defaults to the sword because the campfire burns out?

My guess would be is that since it sorta reloads the area, the option to 'Take' the Master Sword is the first to load, before the option to pull it.

can you explain the glitch?

You light a campfire a certain distance away from the Master Sword, stand between the campfire and the sword, then point the camera up. Stay at the campfire, which you should be facing, and then mash A, and you should just take the sword.

Hm, I looked up the MS glitch, and it does indeed look easy, though I don't think I'd wanna bother with the trials.

A lot of the best stuff is in the castle. You don't need to just load up and go through every weapon you have. At least you shouldn't.

Also, get the master sword and do the trials of the sword (or glitch through all of it, it's easy) and you'll have a good weapon always.

I just kinda wanted to rush through the game. Don't wanna spend a ton of time getting stuff like that. Probably would be easier if I found that fat Korok. I'll probably end up leaving the castle, but I really don't want to.

Hm, I don't think I physically have enough equipment to beat Calamity Ganon, maybe if I spent a ton of time kiting to get Urbosa's Fury over and over on the first 3 Blights. Guess I gotta find more/better stuff

Eh, already started going through. Im hoping I can beat the game in relatively short order. Beat the Divine Beast, heading to the castle. Will have to grind a fair bit to get enough weapons to beat 3/4 DBs and Ganon.

Alright, got off the Plateau, and started heading toward Urbosa or whatever she was called. She was the only Divine Beast I didnt beat, so her + Ganon is probably good enough for me.

the download cancelled and it was more than 80% of the way through. I was about to be livid, but it seems it fixed itself.

Well, the Update data got downloaded, now Im like 1h15 for the game proper. Im using the slower internet in the house, cause the Wii U just has awful range for some reason.

or not, cause I didn't touch it at all and it automatically shut down, corrupting the download data

I only heard about this when someone mentioned Aloy was the first LGBT Genshin character. Considering I dont play either game, Im not sure how to feel about the fact thats how I learned about it. I kind of assumed it had been a thing for a long time, since I heard nobody mention it.

Need to reread the chapter, not sure why Gojo didnt just try to beat Sukuna there. Maybe he was tired after being sealed? I dunno. Or wanted to find a way to save Megumi.

Yeah, this is the main thing that bothers me. I'm afraid of switching companies, then getting super stressed, even though it'd pay more and it would be experience for the career I was meant to be in.

If you get an offer at the second place you tell them the rate you're being paid now and if they can do any better.

Your time is a commodity, whether you believe it or not.

I think chances are, the other job would pay more (though it may be by very little). Careerwise though, the other one is likely the best option. It's tough. Part of me hopes I don't even have an option.

Haven't heard back from the other, though I was told the decision would take longer for that one anyway. I went ahead and accepted the one I got now, but I'm still a bit conflicted. This job pays well, but chances are the other would pay better, and it would also be more in line with the degree I have. On the other hand, the job I'm at allows for high flexibility and working from home. Maybe I won't get an offer for the other one, and it's a moot point. But the possibility is one that I'm nervous about.

Also the one I accepted is basically a promotion in the place I already work at.

Feel like I've made a good bit more progress. Killed the sharks, the evil plant. Got the assault shotgun and the self defense pistol. I'm going through the mansion with the Helmet Key now. I'm sure there's some way to get the glowing eyes, not super sure how. There's probably a hint in that one room that I just don't remember.

Okay I got them, and I just now found the broken shotgun. I dont even know if its worth going through the whole mansion just to get back to the place with the shotgun.
