It's slowly becoming more common. In LA, McDonald's, Chick-Fil-A, Raising Canes and Shake Shack all have double drive thru's.

I've heard of Burger Kings with them too, but I haven't personally encountered that. And I know Taco Bell had that multi lane concept they're working on. So they'll be joining that list eventually too.

Nah, just pick one of the lines and deal with your choice. The places here that have 2 lanes, have that because they get super busy. Each lane can hold 3-4 cars each, so it clears up more space in the line.

It also depends on the kids. As a kid I enjoyed theme parks, water parks, go karts, mini golf and arcades/video games waay more than the beach. I wouldn't have wanted to spend a whole week at the beach.

You should choose vacations that your kids enjoy, but it should also include things that you enjoy. Maybe talk to your wife and her parents about choosing a different location that you can enjoy too? Not sure why they're so fixated on beach resorts in Mexico.

Some are, some aren't. I use Amazon a lot and I get a lot of Amazon ads.

Nah, you're not supposed to have your phone in your hand while you're on a coaster. None of the theme parks in California make you remove your phone from your pocket. And I've never had my phone fly out of my pocket on any coaster

I love it because the main character is literally just winging it and when things go in his favor, his underlings thinks he pre-planned all of it, like he's a tactical genius. That part is genuinely hilarious to me, so I'm along for the ride.

i think everyone was just picking whatever because we're all noobs, i dont think i ever teamed up with a healer, unless im supposed to be the healer as soldier 76 in which case i do a horrible job

Nah Soldier 76 is a damage class that just happens to have a heal. He is by no means intended to keep everyone else alive. Every team has 1 tank, 2 damage dealers and 2 healers. So if you're a damage dealer, try to single out the enemy healers first, so that the rest of their team dies faster. But don't rush into the enemy alone. If the enemy is at all competent, you're going to get destroyed if you try to lone wolf it and 1 v 5 them. So just get good at singling out 1 enemy at a time and sticking with your team and hopefully your teammates pull their weight too.

And if your team is all getting picked off, don't immediately run in to the fight. Wait for your team to revive and go in together. Otherwise it just starts a cycle where everyone runs in alone, dies, then immediately runs in again after respawning alone.

There's literally nothing I want from them besides another Armored Core. It's been 9 years now since the last one.

1 year later, i realize i didn't want to lose a close friend of mine, i decided to contact her again. i already made a new facebook account for unrelated reasons, so i added her. she accepted and i notice she looks a LOT different than before. she gained a bit of weight (from a pregnancy), and now has a really big butt. i dont know where it came from, because she was VERY petite before, but there it is. it almost looks like two different people.

even though she accepted my friend request, our conversations have been MUCH different from before. she almost never responds, and she's much more rude than before. i also noticed she posts more selfies, she gets a shit-ton of likes and comments and her statuses generally have more 'tude than before.

so what happened? why does she suddenly think she's too good for me? i think i know why. i believe her new asset is the reason. she's attractive, and she knows she's attractive, so she realizes that she could get any guy she wants. knowing she can obtain anyone, now she is entitled, and all of her statuses and relationships with others will reflect this.

i'm honestly completely fine with this, i don't blame her for this at all. you have to use the cards you've been dealt with to get places in life, but i have one question...is our friendship completely fucked? i miss having her as a close friend, now she's a completely different person because of the big booty.

Yeah, a lot of maternity wear ends up being very feminine. My ex hated that stuff too. You could probably find some decent maternity jeans or leggings and just wear loose fitting shirts. There are also maternity overalls, if those are your style.

Never tried smoking of any kind. My mom and my aunt both smoke cigarettes and I learned early on that the smoke gives me really bad cluster headaches. That was enough to make me never want to smoke.

I'm surprised that people are saying the lunch date is inappropriate. I've gone to lunch and dinner alone with friends all the time. Hell, I did dinner and a movie multiple times with one of my girl friends. We'd chat/vent about how things in our lives are going over dinner, then see a movie we've both been wanting to see.

It went fine. I had been with my girlfriend at the time for about 6 months, and we were both virgins. So that really took the pressure off, so to speak. We were able to be alone at my house for several hours, so we took our time and enjoyed it.
