The filler was so bad, a video game told the ending of the story before the anime did.

It was nutty how the anime just kept going on for no reason other than money(and I assume that's why Boruto exists at all). It was something dumb like two years after the manga ended. Your story in particular is pretty funny, because I always thought anime games just never got around to the endings in anything.

The filler is godawful. Naruto itself was also awful for most of its post-timeskip phase. Even the canon stuff like 167 Pain or the animated version of Afternoon Tiger looks pretty bad. I wouldn't recommend the manga to anyone, but the anime adaptation is just worse on multiple levels.

That was his entire character lol. He pulled Tsukuyomi out of nowhere against Kakashi, then Amaterasu against Jiraiya, then Susanoo against Sasuke(and his Susanoo had two broken items), and finally Izanami in his last fight.

I just beat Zone 4 with Cadence this morning and omg it was such a close run. Like one hit from death and I feel like I lucked out with the stuff I got along the way(the +1 damage ring with more enemies, and the charm that increases damage when low on health).

Yeah that was a stomp. Also TIL the soundwave from the egg can hit mines from far away too. My wakeup did like 1900 not counting your mines. Edit: Oh yeah one more from me and I'm done for today.

The points needed to augment armor increases with its rank. I wanna say you need 40 points for R10 but I don't really remember.

I got stunned by the nova that hunt, but then a Delex popped out of the sand to inadvertently help me which was neat. Only another Delex later in the hunt took the Mudbeetle for Tigrex :|

One of the materials you can use for armor augments iirc.

The Pukei Pukei wasn't even the buffed one lmao, and the Elemental Burst Counter is so damn great. I still haven't gotten around to finishing all my Switch Axe's.

What parts specifically do you need? Some of them require like 60+ research level, but if you need any of the A5 materials I think I can just post the quest versions instead of Investigations maybe.

On a somewhat related note what does do for the soundtrack selections(not counting custom music)? I know Virt has some songs which is cool, and I know I listened to some of the FamilyJules songs at some point before I bought the game.

One of the guild card awards is apparently for beating a level 100 quest. I wanna get some of these last few rewards out of the way before I start crown farming, though I kinda doubt I'll even finish this year.

The Research level grind is starting to slow down for me at around 85, though tbf I somehow don't have many level 80+ quests even after I complete them.

You mean the A5 Quests? Yes, but you can encounter those Monsters earlier on Afflicted Investigations if you need them.

I'm past 81 right now and I swear the quest Magmadron hits harder than a level 60-ish investigation one.

Damn wish I didn't miss out on that.

Most calendars I look at have Sunday at the very left and Saturday at the other end, so that's how I always saw it. Having a Mon-Friday job always made it feel like Monday is the start though.

So I beat Dead Ringer and made it to the part where you and Dorian are fighting the Necrodancer. It was quite the learning experience to maneuver two characters like that, and I made it far enough to grab the Golden Lute and start damaging the Necrodancer but then I died :/

I guess I'll have to make use of the boss training feature some more before I tackle Zone 4 again.

Anyone up for some hunts? I'm gonna be on for a couple of hours tonight. Edit: Jeez elemental HBG just shreds Lucent. That was a bit boring and he was already in blue skull range before I had to restock.

I just beat Zone 3. That one was a lot more fun than 2, and I had actually made it to the boss on my first attempt but I ended up biting it :/

I don't know if the boss spawns are RNG but I seem to get Coral Riff pretty often.

I Mestsu Shoryugeki countered a Quiro explosion today and almost died from the chip, but damn did it look cool. I even toppled the Monster with it.

I'm almost at research level 81 for the A5 quests but I need a break.

Sometimes investigations give me a 0.8 research point modifier even if the quest had no extra conditions and I don't know why.

I think maybe your research level scales it, so lower leveled quests get worse for points as you rank up.

Bump because I'll probably play some more tonight to take a break from MH.

I don't know if there's a limit but I might just lock my highest level of each Monster just in case.

JFC Nargacuga wouldn't leave and almost carted me while I was shooting Tobi. Also I've got a triple hunt including Afflicted Barioth if you're up for that.

You got any good Investigations above level 50? I just chose that one for fun, plus 5 faints makes it a breeze even if we didn't cart <_<

So two of the posters on the main board confirmed you get the new Anomaly Quests after Research Level 80. That's gonna take a while for the new one's I guess. RNG notwithstanding.

The lack of Anomaly Quests is pretty disappointing. I'm not sure if we unlock them at an even higher level but then why add the new Afflicted Monsters at 50 before you get the quests in the first place?

Anyone know what the new guild card awards are?

I know one is for something related to armor augments, and another is getting your Investigation Level to 50. If there's 4 new one's(I think) I think it's a safe assumption that one is for either a number of augmented weapons or a fully augmented one.

Oh snap you can trade Investigation Coins for Mantles. I don't see Lucent's but I don't know if that's because I haven't obtained one yet or it just isn't an option at all.

Just beat Lucent. I wish it hit a bit harder but at least it seems to have a decent amount of health. Seething seemed to do the most damage out of the returning Monsters, and it's weird because it was the first.

It's pretty cool the Evasion Mantle buff from World is a skill on Lucent's armor. I'm sure it works on SnS backstep, but I need to see if it procs off the DB's auto dodge

Just beat Zone 2. I never got a chance to use the Diamond Key or whatever to get that NPC though so I guess I'll go back before I work on 3. The dragon hits so damn hard if you mess up, but it's easy enough to dance around(heh) once you get it.
