I'm just having trouble enjoying MD anymore. I like playing it here, but I just don't have any motivation to grind for gems with how unfinished the game feels.

The only boss moves in the game in the game I've been at a loss for how to handle are whenever a boss does two very quick attacks in succession that will catch your roll even if you dodge the first one. Maybe I'm supposed to use a shield for that but I don't want to. Margit did this sometimes, and the Misbegotten did it constantly.

I recommend experimenting with the hitboxes a bit, a lot attacks can miss if you're close enough to the enemy. Although I will say the quick follow ups get really annoying and imo are a big flaw with the boss design in ER specifically.

So I had this pretty funny game earlier. Where I had Zeus and Lyrilusc Starling on the field both in attack. My opponent (who had less than 5300 LP) brought out Accesscode and went to attack Starling and accidentally killed themselves because they didn't read the effect.

Yeah these D.D Dynamite decks need to get hit badly. Not only is it just not fun to play them, but if they don't get to go first they just forfeit.

Like why are you even playing the game at that point?

Yup exactly. I actually love Season 3 in a vacuum, but the decisions they made afterwards ruined it for me. I think I stopped at the end of Season 5, so correct me if im wrong, but it feels like Pyrrha's death didn't really end up mattering? Like if you're going to shake your show up to that degree, you need to take the momentum and keep moving forward with it. Not try to carry on with a watered down version of it.

Granted I think most if not all of it has to do with Monty's tragic passing. RWBY was a step above what RT usually puts out, so it's honestly impressive that they've kept it going even in its current state. That said I'm really excited to see what a more competent team can do with it.

We're really reaching this point where a lot of people are realizing celebrities shouldn't be above the law and it really can't be a measure of picking and choosing who that applies to. So if Rock had chosen to press charges, I really don't think Will would have a leg to stand on there, regardless of how bad and offensive the joke was.

I'm really cool with them condensing the first two seasons into singular episodes. I'll still have to originals to go back to.

For me it's a chance that I can genuinely enjoy RWBY again, they're practically restarting the show when it starts to get bad. So I'll at least give it more of a chance than the recent seasons.

It has sooo many issues, but I have a lot of fun playing it in short bursts. Probably helps that I just really like Collectathons.

The first one specifically just feels too clunky. I love everything else about the game though.

I'll do a sort of off brand version of them that I like to call Day-throughs. Where I have exactly 24 hours to beat the game, usually starting at midnight.

That way I can incorporate Sleep, food, and any other distractions that might come up.
