Yeah it only started to wane when I found out how often he misrepresented films to prove his point, not so much because of #ChangetheChannel. The one example that comes to mind soonest is him acting like every dinosaur in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is a dangerous carnivore (when Chris Pratt tricks a pachycephalosaur into breaking a brick wall separating their prison cells the Critic just quipped "he's dead" as if the dinosaur was immediately going to kill Chris Pratt. Although come to think of it the way I described the scene sounds so ridiculous).

That also makes me want to bring up how he acted like the reveal that the Indominus Rex is part raptor in Jurassic World should have been obvious even though the I. Rex (wow) looks about as much like any other carnivorous dinosaur. Also making it clear Doug has no idea how genetics work.

I liked it. I think if there was one more episode, things would feel stretched. And I think compared to the previous episode, which may have been the best of the show, nothing was going to quite feel as good.

I knew it was wrong when they handed me a bag labeled Katie but I also didn't have time to tell them to go re-make my order.

I didn't know if I should mention this here, but one of the complaints about Thor Love and Thunder that seems to be going around involve the notion of Thor suffering from "male fragility." i was really surprised by these so-called critics taking umbrage with strong female characters "upstaging" men but maybe I shouldn't be considering that these people said the same thing about Poe in the Last Jedi.

It really seems like fandoms across the board are viewing every moment of weakness by male characters as wokeness.

as i saw pointed out on twitter this is mostly whatever for football (the main reason it's happening, surely) that only plays 6 road games a year but now athletes in every other sport are flying all the way across the country like every single week. like you've got softball/baseball games, track/swimming meets between USC, UCLA and Rutgers, Maryland, etc.
