A few times. I think I did it with the fire girl and the anime girl. It's a fun game, but I doubt I'll play the demo again. You really do need the twenty minutes. At just ten, you finally get to the point where you have a super OP build and the game just ends before you really have fun with it.

I never quite got to the OP level that AngoryTom did in one of his videos though. By a certain point, he just went afk. The upgrade that made enemies fire bullets when they died did enough damage that it would kill other enemies in an endless chain reaction.

I don't remember enough about the game to know specifically why, but it's just super boring.

Yeah, Game of Thrones was a good show (well, mostly), but not every show needs to be GoT. I don't mind that characters have plot armor so long as the show is done well. And even though I was almost certain Max wasn't biting it, I was still on the edge of my seat with that scene.

RE1 remake is one of the best remakes ever. RE2 remake is one of the best games that is a remake.

I also vote RE1 just because I wasn't totally in love with RE2. I'm one of the ones who didn't find Mr. X scary since I figured out pretty quickly that he can't outrun you, so he was just more annoying than anything else.

Yeah, if they'd shot it that way. But hastily cutting parts of it out would have just made it shit.

It's really good. Also a fair bit darker than S3 with much more of a horror vibe, so you might like it better than S3.

They split it into parts sort of. Seven episodes are released with the last two coming July 1st. Pretty sure there's no reason they've done this other than to squeeze out another subscription from people.

Maybe he attempted to escape, but he couldn't do it physically, so he ended up accidentally throwing his consciousness into the upside down. As for Ocelot, I'm pretty sure he didn't want REX to be armed. It's one of the reasons he "accidentally" killed Anderson in the first place.

I want to say it's also mentioned somewhere that it would be suspicious if Snake encountered no resistance, so they intentionally fight him and expect that he'll survive the encounter, but that might actually be The Last Days of FoxHound lol.

It's kind of hilarious in the G/S remakes. The original treats it like Pokemon eggs are a new discovery, so Elm is pretty interested when Mr. Pokemon gives him an egg. In the remake, eggs aren't considered new, so he just acts like Mr. Pokemon is weird and possibly senile.

"Hey, listen. I have this acquaintance that people call Mr. Pokmon. He keeps finding weird things and raving about his discoveries. Anyway, I just got an email from him saying that this time it's real. It's probably another Pokmon Egg, but we're still so busy with our Pokmon research... Wait! I know! You can go in our place, right?

Oh, yes, what was Mr.Pokmon's big discovery?"
"Huh? This is an... Egg, isn't it? This Egg may be something I've never seen...still it's just an Egg. Mr. Pokmon is always fascinated by Eggs. Well, since he gave it to us, we might as well find out what secret it holds. I'll keep it for a while to find out about the Egg."

I've never played, but I've got a couple of character ideas.

One is a neutral evil changeling bard/warlock. Not sure what the warlock subclass would be (if I'd even got that far), but he'd be a bard of creation. He's part of a large cult of changelings that masquerade as a normal town. They work for an entity called the Subaudible that claims responsibility for creating the universe with the Song of Creation. Each generation adventures out into the world for a period of time to do its bidding with the results of their expedition deciding their place in the cult.

The main goal of the cult is to find the notes of the Song of Creation to correct the disharmony the Subaudible claims has caused all of the evil in the universe. The notes are weird, impossible noises like a hummingbird's heartbeat, the song of a false hydra, the repentance of an evil man, a cat's footsteps, etc. The notes the cult have already discovered would be what he'd use for bardic inspiration. He'd also cast spells with an ancient, eldritch language. To use both his inspiration and for vocal components, he'd use his shapeshifting to modify his physical form to make noises a normal person otherwise couldn't.

My inspiration for him is the main character of that movie Thank You For Smoking. He's primarily a conman who's aware the Subaudible is almost certainly planning to just destroy reality, but he's pretty sure he'll be long dead before it gets close to succeeding. Sort of like a lobbyist for the oil industry.

The other one is an oathbreaker paladin. This one's based around the Critical Role setting. The idea is that he was once an oath of the watchers paladin who was alive during the Calamity, a massive war between the gods that happened on the material plane. He and his husband were long-retired adventurers who took charge of defending their town from repeated assault from devils. At one point, he gets sick and is going to die of natural causes. He accepts his oncoming demise, but his husband does not. He makes a deal with the devils attacking the town. He joins their army and helps them get to what they want in the town in exchange for keeping my character alive and safe.

So the town gets slaughtered by fiends, but my 60-year-old character gets a devilish blessing that forcibly changes his oath, aged down to his twenties, and trapped in a pocket dimension version of their house. He's imprisoned there for centuries with his husband growing more and more evil and abusive as he rises in the ranks of the devil's army. And then one day, the pocket dimension suddenly collapses and dumps him out in the empty field that used to be his village with no idea what happened or where his evil husband is.

I've not read it, but I know the ending. It's an Agatha Christie Poirot novel which is all the warning I can give.

In The Murder on the Orient Express, the victim is such a massive piece of shit that not only is 90% of the cast involved in his murder, Poirot condones it and fabricates a fictional murderer and explanation to give the police.

Saddler is probably the most boring RE villain, but I think that's genuinely the best badass one-liner in the series. Him punctuating the end of it by having an eyeball burst out of his mouth is just *chef's kiss*.

He gives Roland a tarot reading which foreshadows the events of the next book. Then he gives him a vision of the universe, zooming all the way out to a blade of purple glass. He suggests the idea that their dying world is just one of an infinite number, a single atom in a blade of grass that some alien lifeform has now cut and that their. When he awakes from his vision, it seems a decade has passed and the Man in Black is just a skeleton sitting across from him.

For this one in particular, DC is bizarrely protective of Batman. I guaran-damn-tee they were not allowed to use any Batman characters anyone who's not read thirty years of comics will recognize.
