Yes, if your desk and TV are in the same room, you absolutely can set it up that way. If you have both the monitor and TV turned on, the PC will use both screens at the same time. But you can just turn off the screen you don't want to use at that moment (or change the display settings). Then switch accordingly. No need to move the tower around.

I have my desk in the corner with a 27 inch monitor. But I mainly use my 55 inch TV for everything, since it can do 4k/120 fps. Wireless keyboard and mouse and an Xbox One Controller make it easy to game, or work, off of the TV.

They used to. I remember having to pay for Xbox Live to play FFXI, which required it's own subscription. That hasn't been a thing since the PS4/Xbox One console generation though. I know for sure that you could play both free to play and subscription based MMO's on PS4 without needing PS Plus. Although some people still thought that it was required.

He is a person and has feelings, of course. They don't override a person having a mental breakdown as a result of trauma they went through.

This isn't some asshole kid cutting in line because they don't expect you to say/do anything about it. In which case, if you want to fight that battle have at it.

I don't fault him for getting annoyed or upset that someone cut in front of him. Completely normal to get upset about that, but once it became clear that the person was not in full control of their mental faculties they should have removed themselves from the situation.

While removing the trigger is the best way to calm someone that's having an episode, I'm not sure why you're putting the blame on the guy for not doing it on his own. Most people don't know what to do when faced with mental illness, unless they've dealt with it before. This stuff isn't exactly taught as common knowledge.

The staff asking him to go to another line was fine, but only if they checked him out immediately, rather than make him wait in another line.

And all of that said, I agree with the others. If she's that triggered by men, then she shouldn't have cut in front of one.

I think the car ran over the scooter. Which makes it a miraculous miss tbh, and good thing nothing else happened because the driver had no interest in stopping.

I guess it just seemed fast compared to everything else in the footage. And yeah, I was raised to never assume that people will follow the rules of road. Instead, always assume they will do something stupid. But still, the asshole in the SUV didn't even stop. Just kept going down the street.

I don't know if it's a state by state thing, but in Tennessee, those "tickets" you get in the mail for going through a light as it's changing red aren't enforceable and you do NOT have to pay it since a cop wasn't present to issue the ticket.

This is true for California as well. So long as you don't log onto the website to check the ticket, they can't enforce it.

But I'm torn on the whole citation thing. On one hand, I feel like the law should be changed to allow drivers like this to be cited based on video evidence. On the other hand, I feel like having the law allow that, would let cops do some shady things with citing people after the fact.

But in all seriousness, get some memory foam shoes if you're going to be walking a lot. You can find some memory foam shoes from almost every brand these days. So just get some styles you like. I have some Adidas and Nikes with memory foam. Even my Oxfords (dress shoes) have memory foam.

The Switch has a great library, so that gets my vote.

The Wii U could have been great, had Nintendo supported it better. I remember being annoyed that most of the new games they were announcing were for the 3DS, not their new console. The console and handheld markets becoming combined, eliminates that problem though.

No never. I'm 5'11 and my bed is only 5 feet wide. If I turned that way in my sleep, that would be almost a foot of my body hanging off the bed. I'd definitely wake up before that lol.

Because that's where the jobs are. Back in like 2010, one of my mom's co-workers got a really nice house out in the valley. 2 stories, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths. Really nice place. And it was like 350k. A house like that in LA would have been 800k+ back then (and well over a million now).

The problem though, was that his job in LA was now 2 hours away from his home. That's the tradeoff. There's not a lot of job opportunities in some of these cheap cities.
