At the farm, we had 20 to 30 dogs roaming in packs depending on the generation. We used to pour out piles of dog food at twilight and they'd all come running. We had to fire a shot in the air if they started fighting. I came up with the idea of stomping empty juice boxes instead. The shit worked too.

The original two American shorthair lab mix were emaciated and barely surviving. The Akita and Akita mix generations hogged all the food and scared them away. We tried to gather the two original up, but they were scared and wouldn't come close. I saw them 6 months after they stopped coming to dinner by the river. It was sad.

They never ate any of the goats out in the field though. The other dogs mostly ate up all the wild hogs. This was a fenced in 250acres back in the early 90s. They went beyond the fences though at certain points.

I always wondered how we afforded all those damn giant bags of doggo food. Nowadays even the cheap shit is high.

We stopped using ours because all it did was cause fights. One or two family members is always being a fucking stalker and commenting cringe shit friends on extended family's personal pics and starting arguments then expecting one of us to mediate. Nope, not fucking having it.

I wanna say it was like a crab casserole mini cutlet swimming in butter in one of their buffet trays, but it was baked a bit too. Or like crab bake. It was very good. I dont think I ever knew the name. They are famous for having crab casseroles and seafood bakes though. Especially the bigger nicer ones. We had one in Perrysburg, OH in 2006 that was amazing. It was $11.50 pe person dinner back then and like $6 or 7 at lunchtime for 3 hours.

I don't go anymore. My metabolism slowed down. In my 20s I'd go once a month and get all the mushrooms I could get. I loved those big juicy mushrooms and the stuffed ones they had. And the broccoli. You could just eat that and some moderate dessert and have to run it off.

When I was a little kid, I could devour 4 plates and still eat a meal in front and back of that. And I'd eat all the sugary and fat shit back then. Omg

Can I have some medication that makes me like that again? It would be nice to eat 4000 calories instead of 1800 each day.

Living at the beach kinda takes the charm away, but every once in a while when I go walk down to the swash barrier in my old area it takes my breath away when you breach the horizon from the deck stairs that open up into the ocean clouds and sand. Especially if the clouds are golden and fill the sky.

Home made has its uses, but as far as making a ragu, it's just texture. You want the San Marzano and the chunks from squishing them and you can always jist buy extra peeled in a can. The soffritto with just the can or two of peeled and hand crushed San Marzano will be just fine as any base for the ragu. Of course you add the herbs the salt ans olive oil, but I think tempering it with red wine and whole milk is what most people are missing out on. It's just too expensive and you cannot jar a pasta sauce with the wine and cream shelf stable. I think it only lasts in the fridge a week like that. Maybe a few days even.

It's just bad luck. It's happening right now as we speak at around 100 lots a second. Maybe more.

This is pretty much the main answer. The only thing negative I'd like to point out is employee bullying. To this day that shit still happens and the culture isn't stamped out. They claim there's an effort to to stop it, but it's the culture in certain spaces that is perpetuated.

It's the same as prisons. Any and all misconduct and bullying should have zero tolerance. It is a bad influence and cannot be allowed into the new world. We are not going to evolve if we allow any of it to persist.
