I mean I was still able to tell it was Hanae, it's only his tone that mainly changed. The voice itself doesn't sound all that different from his other roles. It was refreshing to hear him voice a much older character though.

Apparently there's some sort of companion audio drama that's meant to be listened to alongside the episodes, which would've been nice to know before I watched it.

I would think the majority of viewers (especially outside of Japan) did NOT listen them. So I wouldn't think much about not knowing about them.

Well for many of them you don't an active subscription (or even an account) to watch them. It looks like it's mainly dubs that are locked behind needing an active subscription.

So you should still be able to watch some of the more newer things on there. Unless they block Canada from seeing them.

I know the Funimation streams incorrectly puts Kanon as released in 2002, but it's really the 2006 one.

Same. Before All Stars or Anigasaki, I thought Ayumu was really dull. Then those happened and she become one of my favorites (though my actual favorite is still Ai).

And I thought the drama was very natural. You know Ayumu is the jealous type and you see her being visibly distressed whenever Yu talks to another girl, so the build-up was there throughout the entire season. So it's not like the drama near the end was something that came out of the left field.

That said, I don't think Roba would take too kindly of Ayumu saying this in All Stars.

Actually the latest episode in Season 2 is quite related to the topic on hand... But more importantly, it revealed that Shizuku writes AyuSetsu AU fanfics.

I actually feel that Season 2 has been doing better with group interactions, but it's less that all 10 of them interact and more that they interact in smaller groups.

Isn't SHINE playing through the free trial? It's ok, he can take his time on story progression. He needs those FATE runs for the Platinum anyways, so he might as well collect Atma while he's at it.

If they start cracking down on that, I feel like theyre gonna get a lot of complaints from traveling family members or people off to college.

Professor Layton and the Last Specter (DS)

So following up Kirby Mass Attack, here is another DS game that I've put aside for many MANY years that I finally brought myself to actually beat.

I don't remember a whole lot of the game because it's been like 7 or so years since I last picked it up.
The whole plot explanation was the usual Layton absurdity that I've come to expect, but I thought the game was fine in general.

In all retrospect, it was odd that I even put it aside for so long because I was already pretty close to the end of the game. I literally picked it back up today and finished it.
But more importantly, since it's still April I still keep my 1 game beaten a month quota for the Year of 2022. Hopefully the next game I beat won't take 'til the end of May.

Don't know when I'll ever get to Miracle Mask, but I do know it's when the series starts using 3D models.

It is possible that it's someone that got the wrong number. I actually got a text like that yesterday. They sent my a pic of some guy doing a T-pose, and I told them that they got the wrong number.

I thought that would be end of it.... but then they sent another message to me asking if I wanted to play a game with them through this app called Game Pigeon, which I never heard of.

I sort of just ghosted them after that because it was a strange thing to receive, but they were probably trying to be friendly.

If I'm recalling right, Pharos Sirius actually got nerfed very early on, so it used to be even harder.But yeah, it's still among the harder ARR dungeons if people don't know how to do things.
