I'm hearing that he was still able to voice Ferdinand in Fire Emblem: Three Hopes, which could possibly be the last thing he voiced.

I remember watching several of his streams on Twitch. The guy was very good at Smash Bros, and an all around swell guy.

This is a terrible example (and it's Nintendo that's doing it, not Sony. They backed out for the time being) because some games are locked on their digital stores because they're not playable on newer game systems. Once those stores are shutdown, they're gone for good, barring any hacking.

For mobile devices, you literally just have to upgrade your devices and you can use the apps again.

As of now, I can't even play Ace Attorney 4, 5, and 6 on my Switch.

But really, I don't think there are that many apps on iOS that you can't find on Android (that are worthwhile) unless it's something by Apple themselves. I would think most mobile app developers target both OSs.

You get the benefit of having less buggy Japanese-made games.

And you can play Fantasian, World of Demons, and Castlevania: Grimoire of Souls if you ever bother to subscribe to Apple Arcade.

Whoa what, Guy is pronounced like Gii? Like I get that for Japanese, but I don't see how that should have stuck in English.

And pretty fitting that they have a non-binary VA voice Limstella, who's canonically genderless. I've always had a feeling they could be the one to voice Limstella, if they ever got in the game.

Limstella's still voiced by a female in Japanese from what I can tell, who's also the Japanese voice of Urbosa.

@SBAllen were you aware of this going on behind the scenes?

Tales of Destiny for the first tales game (most peoples first is symphonia, Abyss or Phantasia.)

It's not that strange as a first, since it was the first US release Tales game. So if you were someone with a PS1 in the 90s and predominately played RPGs, Tales of Destiny could have very been one of them.

Heck, it's only the 2nd game in the series, so even in Japan it could have been a lot of people's first entry to Tales.

Kirby: Planet Robobot (3DS)

I meant to beat this during the month of May, but I ended up getting really busy towards the end of the month, which unfortunately breaks my 1 game beaten a month streak that I've had from Jan-Apr.

So I went into most of the game thinking it's a solid Kirby game, and I really did enjoy the robot parts of it, but man the end sequence really pushed it!

Did not expect the final boss to something out Star Fox with it getting finished off with GIGA DRILL BREAAAAAK

I only wished that they broke up the final boss to be its own individual boss stage. It didn't have to force you to fight it right after the World 6 boss, which is already 2 bosses in one.

Oh wait, I guess I technically got into Ace Attorney with AA3 from the GBA version that had a translated patch of the first trial. I can count that one, even though the case itself takes place before AA1.

The only ones I can think of that might fit this is Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow being my first Castlevania game or MGS2 being my first MGS game.

I think everything else I played as a "first" seemed like a pretty normal entry point even if they weren't the first game released in that series.
