It's got 6 programmable side buttons in the same style as forward/back tabs on more standard mice, plus 2 dpi adjustment buttons I barely use. That works for me, although I have also rebound a lot of the menu shortcuts around wasd to be hotbar abilities, and have no problem with an occasional Ctrl+num. I don't often run out of buttons but when I do it's for stuff I have no issue with clicking (pots or tank invulns etc.). It helps enormously to remap the keys so you never have to awkwardly stretch your hand or fingers, but if you don't often use M&K it'll still be a ton more buttons than you're used to pressing. For reference my set up is three bars like this: 1 2 3 4 5 6 Q E R T F G Then ctrl and shift to access the other rows. Made me a bit more comfortable when going back to my main. Up to the 77 quests in ShB. I thought I was just pressing the buttons in the wrong order, or doing something wrong. Turns out, nope! A couple pretty cool cutscenes afterwards too!
