I've gotten into the same kind of tiffs with Johnny too, I've assumed we were just breaking each other's balls when he was in fact super pissed about whatever it was that started it.

It's happened once with me before too. I didn't think he was breaking my balls but I also didn't take it serious. I just assumed he was super drunk and yelling at me like he would yell at a lamp or something.

Yeah most people don't realize how much of our movement is controlled by those lower back muscles.
My wife is a massage therapist and taught me a lot of this stuff. If you can figure out the exact muscle that's locked up, you can put pressure on it to help release the muscle. It'll hurt though. You can also take a hot bath in epsom salt.

Sometimes you just turn wrong and pull a muscle. It happens. It isn't even an age thing. I did it at work one day when I was 20.
It'll be locked up for a few days and slowly release. Only thing you can really do is put heat on it to help loosen the muscle faster.
Since you said you can't put weight on your right leg, I'm assuming it's a muscle in your lower back?

It does have a slow start. Not gonna lie.
Also it beats you over the head with your next objective which is my main issue with the game. Instead of just saying "hey we got a new power. Let's use it on that thing we found earlier.", it rambles on for 2-3 paragraphs with a slow text crawl. Jesus yes I know what to do. Just let me play the game.

Okami has a really peaceful soundtrack. Even the more intense tracks are well grounded.

Despite a couple annoying flaws, it's one of my favorite games. Bought it three different times over the years.

We have a handful of the regulars make the topics so we know the list of tagged users is accurate and they won't have them on ignore. Missing out on the new topic. TC made the next topic without telling anyone and we told him his topic didn't count. Honest mistake, not a big deal. He then got upset, took his toys, and went home.

Also this happened over a month ago....

Why does TC keep ignoring my posts?

Next week my wife is going in for surgery. She has a lipoma and a cyst on each side of her lower back. She's had them for 4-5 years and they have caused her constant discomfort/pain. I'm not too worried I guess since it's just cutting through skin and muscle. At the same time, it's cutting through muscle in her lower back which a lot of movement occurs. It's a two week recovery time and I'm taking off some days so she'll have me 24/7 for the first 5 days.

Just kinda tossing out personal info. I'm blindly optimistic so I'm sure she'll be fine but it's still surgery...

Back when I could somewhat afford it, I was put on all kinds of meds and not only did they not help, but some made things physically worse. I've been put on SSRIs, benzos, antipsychotics, and nothing helps.

Can you not get medicaid? My MIL hasn't worked since the 80s and her and her disabled daughter quality for it. That's how my SIL gets her medicine paid for.

Also yeah, it'll take a while to figure out what medications work for you. Those types of meds take about 2 weeks to get adjusted to and bypass the side affects. Give each of them 2-3 weeks, see if they help, then try other meds if they don't. My wife has crippling anxiety and it took her 2-3 meds before she found the ones that worked for her.

This. Lack of goals in life will make things worse. You tried to achieve your dreams and got knocked down. Life is a constant uphill battle. That's just how it is.

I grew up in a backwater redneck town with no opportunities. Not wanting that life for myself, I was bull headed and kept slowly climbing upwards regardless of what anyone said. Now I make 4x what my parents make combined.

I never had internet on my Dreamcast but I did play PSO offline. I actually started playing the OG Xbox version again last year. Lot of fun.

Have you tried EverNote? I found myself liking it more than OneNote.
Fyi, my experience is using these programs on my work macbook, not an ipad.

Walking up and down these stairs is awful. Can't even go piss without walking some stairs.

Do you know what version your console is? If it's anything other than a 1.6, you need to open up the console and remove the clock capacitor. All of the versions, outside of 1.6, had a cheap cap that has started leaking in all consoles at this point. If you don't remove it and clean the area of the board with alcohol, it will eat through the board and kill your console.

This is my main issue. I don't mind filler at all but stop showing me the same flashbacks countless times. The last 1/3 of the episodes of Shipp were mainly flashbacks with maybe 5 mins of new story in each episode. It was so damn annoying my wife found a watch guide so we knew what episodes to watch for story progression.

Was out in the yard crouching for nearly 4 hours on Saturday. My legs have been fucked ever since. Doesn't help that we have a split level home so I'm constantly having to go up and down the stairs throughout the day.

I fully agree with both of these. I don't think there's a single song on the soundtrack that I dislike. Even Birthday Cake, which apparently half of the fanbase hates. Idgi, the song was always awesome (in a really weird way) to me.

It's a very abrasive yet catchy song so I understand why so many people are turned off by it. When I was a kid I didn't care for it but now I love it.

Just finished Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch. Great game.

I know you're not that keen on 100%ing the game but did you ever do the post game harder bosses? They're fun and there's a little bit of story tied to completing them all.

Ok the fightings kind of fun but Ive sat through 45 minutes of boring as hell dialogue and cutscenes for 45 seconds of gameplay so far, it seems like.

B..B...Boring dialogue? The main story is a very serious Japanese crime drama so embrace it. The side stories are over the top wacky.

It sounds like you did well in the interview. The interviewer wouldn't expect you to have much experience considering your age and that it's an internship so don't over think that.

Yeah there's several of us in various IT fields on CE. I can think of 5-6 off the top of my head that regularly post in these sort of topics.

Dude I can't imagine working for an ISP and doing end user support. My best friend did that for years and he would just text me nightmares on a daily basis. Closest I ever got was working the tech desk at Staples as a side job at night after my actual IT job. Only real tech issues we had were people bringing their computers in for the tune ups or virus cleaning.
