Concealed carry permit holders commit crimes at a significantly smaller rate than those without a permit.

New York's law was that you needed a "proper cause" to get a concealed carry permit, and saying that you felt unsafe in your neighborhood and wanted to protect yourself/property was not a valid reason. That is definitely unconstitutional.

W/ so many people in Japan complaining about Steve, maybe we get something? Its not like they need Sakurai to make some balance changes.

If they stick with the comic story, then Jane has terminal cancer when she is able to wield the hammer. Every time she becomes Thor, also, the hammer clears all toxins from her body, aka the chemotherapy chemicals, which causes the cancer to grow faster and kill her faster

A lot of players are getting great results with Steve, this isn't a case of just one guy being really good with the character.

I am thinking there is no way that Steve gets banned, people are just now starting to get really good with the character, so everyone else just needs to learn how to adapt. Ultimate is hard because it is the most balanced Smash game, the top 50 or even 60 characters in the game are all viable in tournament that you need to know the matchup for. Steve plays a totally different game that has a ton of different variations, so there is a lot of matchup knowledge people need to catch up on.

The whole oil sector is down big, at these prices their annual dividend yield is like 10%, the highest on the street. Im confident they will bounce back.

Oil is over $110, and more importantly natural gas is like $8/mcf, their dividend is just going up

There are a few possible theories out there, but I am pretty convinced it is as simple as the guy died after jumping out of the plane and the money is lost in the forest somewhere. The guy jumped out of the plane in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere with no supplies or warm weather gear, and besides a random stack of cash found on a river bank none of the money he got was ever found or used to purchase anything.

Someone brought up the idea recently that Disney should make some animated Star Wars movies based off of fan favorite EU stories, similar to what WB has done with DC. Seemed like a genius idea to me

You can always refinance. Low interest rates are why the housing market was so hot. Housing prices should stop increasing so fast (and may even go down) now that interest rates are higher

I think KOTOR 1 is just overall packaged better and more enjoyable on a playthrough for me. 2 can be a bit of a slog at times, and honestly it took me a couple playthroughs to fully appreciate the story and the ending.

I do think KOTOR 2 has probably the most creative Star Wars story w/ the Force that I have seen, it was so refreshing to have it not just be a "The Sith Lords are back, and even more dark side than ever!!1!" that the title makes it out to be.

The concept of a super powerful villain fighting off a bunch of heroes w/ new transformations and seeming totally unstoppable, only for Saitama to finally show up at the end and instantly kill him works fine in a 20 minute anime episode or manga chapters... but there is no way this will translate well into a 2 hour movie.
