The condo market is a little slower than housing, so you might not get quite as much increase in value over time. Plus you have higher monthly HOA fees. However with a condo you usually get really nice amenities like a pool/gym/big patio space/grills, most utilities are covered, no yard work or property maintenance at all. Also it is usually way easier to manage a condo as an investment property than a house. --- Hello world! |

I feel a bit overwhelmed now on what to do... what is a good way to progress through the game while exploring? Do you build a small base on like every planet you visit? Or just one in every system? I have started doing the side quests, which are fun goals while I am exploring. Is it best to continue on right away w/ the main story quests and find Artemis pretty quick? --- Hello world! |
