Organized religion, yes I can say I really dislike most of it and the practices due to most of them completely missing the point of religion in general and contradicting what the bible teaches.

not all religions care about the bible. there are more religions than Christianity, Judaism and Islam. Of course Buddhists don't follow the bible, or Hindus or Shintoists or Native American shamans.

The other issue is ensuring precision in the car's navigation system. Addresses can change, new roads can be built and old ones can be demolished. There are small roads that don't show up on a current GPS.

all the roads and the cars are part of an interconnected computer network. they all talk to each other. any update to the roads will be updated in the car's database

they wouldn't have both. the idea is to replace normal cars. also, you could make stops. you would tell the car where you want to go and when to stop. you just input your destination and relax. you could even sleep. but if your awake and you see a place you want to pull over, you can tell the car to do that.

not exactly how you describe, but I was alone in Japan few a times, without speaking much Japanese, and being lost.

one time I missed a busstop and rode to the end of the line and got out in a parking lot next to a giant cemetery and then walked down a country road til I found a payphone.

one time I got turned around after coming out of a subway and went down the wrong road and had no idea where I was but then I managed to figure out where i went wrong and retraced my steps.

I also did something similar to that last story, in Rome. couldn't find my hotel and wandered around an area of like 10 blocks until I randomly found myself back at my hotel by pure luck

maybe it was different race, above the xel naga.

the original was good. but in like the late 90's they did a reboot that was horrible. Ren and Stimpy were gay lovers (that's not what made it horrible though) and there was way more gross out humor. I only watched the first episode. they ate garbage and snot. it was disgusting. no wonder it failed and was canceled

Is there a quick and dirty explanation for how starcraft and warcraft meet and the main points of lore behind them? Never played any of them, but I love lore

different universes. Warcraft is about mortal races banding together to make a final stand against evil gods trying to wipe out all life. Starcraft is about the skirmishes of 3 species fighting over living space in a section of the galaxy. I admit I know less about starcraft. the most interesting thing I can tell you about it is that in the manual for the original game, it said that some ancient species seeded life and created the humans, Zerg and Protoss, the three playable races in the game. but I don't think that makes any impact on the games themselves. it's just a bit of lore hidden in the manual that is never even mentioned in the games

the old gods aren't void lords, they are minions of them. the void lords sent the old gods into the physical universe to land on different planets and corrupt them. Azeroth got fucked hard with several of them landing. a void lord has never been fought and i don't think has actually physically been in the physical universe. I am not sure if they even can. they are gods in the truest sense. beings that existed since the beginning of existence. maybe even before the physical universe . think of the Old Gods as like their prophets

they are the original threat to the universe. And what drove Sargeras crazy. he wasn't always a demon. he was a god or angel or whatever you want to call it. But he discovered the Void Lords and freaked out and decided the only way to save the universe from their corruption was to kill everyone before they could be corrupted. I think he eventually plans to start over with a new universe. but that is hardly comforting to all his victims. the Void Lords are kinda like these pure negative energy beings from another dimension who peek into ours and corrupt it

I haven't seen it yet, but what gets me is the movie supposedly prides itself on being anti male. They went out of their way to try to piss off half the Ghostbuster fanbase for no reason. and I remember the stars being on like Ellen or Oprah and mocking male fans. it became a political movement. according to them, it was impossible to dislike the new movie unless you were sexist.

and that's why the movie failed. you can't anger all those people and then expect them to buy tickets. so no sequel for you, reboot ghostbuster team...

And I stopped following Warcraft after Arthas died. Is Sargeras or whoever the final big baddie of the Warcraft universe finally gonna be a raid boss?

the current expansion is about fighting him and the Burning Legion directly. but there is still the Void Lords, who are the true threat. Sargeras was created by the Void Lords, in a way. so he is just one of their pawns even if he doesn't realize it

oh btw, regarding Warcraft 4.....I think it will happen someday. might still be a long ass time from now. but at some point, Blizzard is going to want to update WoW. you can only do so much without just starting over. and the game is like 15 years old now. I think the only reason WoW hasn't had a sequel yet is cause of just how damn popular it is. but it will have to come someday. and I think what will happen is they will make a final expansion that ends on some climactic battle probably against the Void Lords, and then they will make Warcraft 4. it will be set like 100 years later or something. and Warcraft 4 will set up for World of Warcraft 2

I still need to watch the last movie. Mockingjay part 1 was kinda boring. there was like a grand total of one fight in the entire movie.

it's praiseworthy cause it was a fun movie, and the first good star wars film since 1983. I said it might not be as good as the classics, but that doesn't mean I think it sucks. I liked it.

There used to be life all over the universe. but now there is only like 1 planet left that hasn't been corrupted or destroyed by the Burning Legion. it's kinda fucked up, thinking of all that life lost. In a way, it's darker than Diablo. since Diablo is supposedly just one world under siege. as destructive as Diablo is, he is only responsible for a fraction of what the Burning Legion has killed

to be honest, I find it far more likely that the earth is alive, than the specific deity from the bible existing, and being angry at us.

any better than the first three.

ok so by "first three" you mean the prequels. then you are wrong. cause the prequels are abominations. I'd like it if Disney could make them non canon, but I bet Lucas made them promise not to in their contract. Awakening was a fun movie, and I don't know if I would put it on the same tier as the OT, but it was a good film, and refreshing for star wars. you obviously aren't a star wars fan, so you don't get it

it's sortof the same thing. "mother nature" is essentially a deity. basically we are just arguing over which religion is more true, Christianity or nature paganism

strange missing person cases have been going back for like a century, in national parks all over the country. and the park service refuses to talk about it, and actively covers it up. some people think it's Sasquatches, or werewolves. the only survivors are ever young children like 5 or younger. and they usually can't explain much about what happened to them, due to their young age but a common thing they say is they were taken by a "giant doggy". and yea, one weird thing is that many or all of them have german ancestry. it's like whatever is doing this, has something for german people

is it in a national park? watch out cause people have been vanishing in those and the park service is covering it up. also, especially watch out if you have german ancestry, that seems to increase the chance of vanishing for some reason
