I'd probably have to go with Raleigh-Durham so long as you're okay with the sprawl, the summer heat, and don't mind the lack of public transit. Good combo of stuff to do, relatively affordable cost of living, huge job and housing opportunities, and just great food and bar scene with an energetic and eclectic feel.

A hurricane is more powerful, but a nuke is much, much more focused. If you could somehow compress all the energy of a hurricane into the area of a nuclear blast, it would be absolutely gargantuan in nature.

What about the Tsar Bomba ?

That thing was originally intended to be a 100 megatons but scaled down to about 50 megatons.

Well, according to this....

http://www.aoml.noaa.gov/hrd/tcfaq/C5c.html

A fully developed hurricane can release heat energy at a rate of 5 to 20x1013 watts and converts less than 10% of the heat into the mechanical energy of the wind. The heat release is equivalent to a 10-megaton nuclear bomb exploding every 20 minutes.

Not too complicated. Most are either children or people on limited incomes, so they can only afford/have access to a console/platform or two. As a result, you buy into something and then you take other successes that you can't experience and setbacks by what you can experience personally. Same thing happens with people that take politics and sports way too seriously. They identify themselves by what they like.

Then here's a video from someone else.

The Creation Club is good in theory. A lot of things are good in theory, but game companies always find a way to cynically ooze every copper out of it. This looks to be no different. With how much of a colossal failure paid mods were in 2015, I'm not seeing much of a reason to give Bethesda the benefit of the doubt. If they offered some official substantial stuff - new settlements, maps, etc. - then it might be worth it. So far, all they've done is re-skinned the Pipboy and copied some armour mods from the Nexus, while doing a mathematically obtuse system for buying things. Nope, I'm not buying paid mods, Bethesda. Sorry. Go fuck yourselves.

Those are more valid criticisms, but it's also early in the process and whether or not its worthwhile will depend on time. That being said, as you said, it is good in theory and as a result the idea of outright dismissing the entire process based off a few examples seems to be jumping the gun.

So? Them taking the lion's share still leaves the modders with more money than hoping for donations. And if memory serves they're actually on commission to be paid during the development process, so it's not like they're reliant on a smash success for it to be worthwhile to them. And I think they had guidelines in place that previously made mods can't be taken down and then resubmitted to this, it has to be new content.

Not seeing the big deal, aside from crying over wanting stuff for free.

M...maybe watch the video.
