| Parappa09 09/09/17 12:31:57 PM #2 | always must have garlic, onions and tinned chopped tomatoes if i'm cooking meat then it's always handy to have mince and chicken around since they're versatile and you can play around with it. for fish I tend to go for haddock, mackerel or salmon I aim for a mixture of meat, vegetables and carbs (e.g. pasta, cous cous, chips, rice, egg noodles) but would tend to buy vegetables from my local supermarket cooking is fun once you get into the swing of it --- |
