I don't think most normal watchers think it's anything more than a funny cartoon.

Late 50s. Both have been out of touch since their late 30s cause they're completely scared of technology.

It's reached a point where they cant use their tv or cell phones unless I am there to show them and they always justify it with "nobody our age knows how to use these" even though literally everyone they know can use modern phones and tv's and computers without issue.

It was pretty highly praised when it came out, I don't know what's with the revisionist history itt lol.

It really wasn't. Like it wasn't hated, but everyone was pretty much just like "Yeah, it's got great facial animations, but the gameplay doesn't work as well as it should and there's really no real difficulty at all since guessing wrong doesn't matter."

It's not that people hated LA Noir, it's that it wasn't that loved. Certainly not enough to warrant this remaster. It's kind of became a meme game over the years tbqh.

But okay, yeah, it was totally as popular as Rockstars other games.

BTW I would say the exact same thing if Manhunt or Smugglers Run were suddenly being remastered. They definitely weren't that popular but I still liked those games.

I didn't say it was as popular as Rockstar's other games. I said it was popular.

I'd argue it wasn't even that popular tbqh. I don't know anyone who actually bought the game besides like two people who were massive rockstar fanboys like me.

Like, LA Noir was okay but it's probably the least favorite of any Rockstar game I've ever played.

And I don't even remember it being that popular in the first place. But at the same time, RDR is apparently a complete mess from a coding standpoint, everything else was already re-released on IOS, and I guess they really have absolutely no plans of reviving Midnight Club, Manhunt or Smugglers Run (Outside of GTA Online updates)...

I mean I don't remember it being that popular or at least well received by regular people. I'm sure it's sold well enough but more than likely that was because of the success of Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption before it.

All I remember were people complaining about how dumb the doubt truth lie system was and then making funny little videos about the goofy facial animations

I guess it basically just comes down to me wondering was this remastered necessary why couldn't they have just made it backwards compatible

Are the updates really sort of bringing this back. Because I loved that game and I thought the name was just a coincidence.

The update is in name and logo only. It's actually all about airplanes funny enough though the update that came before hand named gun-running is probably closer to Smugglers Run than the actual Smugglers Run update but it's still not really like Smugglers Run it just had more Smugglers Run like vehicles

I think if you're going to transition from an MMA role to a moviestar role, you're going to be typecast as the scary thug character.

The thing is, Conor can easily go into the "loose canon" role or even just "cocky asshole" role, and you don't really need to be huge for that.

Conor has a personality and flamboyance that lends itself to film much better than Rousey had. He's not going to have a lot of range, but he's going to have more than just "big dumb brute", with the proper coaching he could probably be the Irish Statham tbqh.

I don't know how people got that I was saying this mall specifically doing this is what causes kids to act the way they do now, or that the kids were the one wanting this rule?
