I think it's because recent events have forced him to comment on white nationalism, and when he goes off the cuff he reveals that, at the very least, he knows he should SAY it's bad but he doesn't really understand why.

And the Arpaio pardon was always going to happen. The timing made it a bad coincidence for him.

While it costs about $50 to order a UFC event on pay-per-view in a private residence, it costs bars, restaurants and other commercial establishments $750 to $1,500, depending on their size.

EDIT: Oh shit, UFC pays people a BOUNTY for catching a place showing the PPV without permission. Scary! I'm sure boxing people do that too then.

What do they normally get charged for, say, an average UFC PPV?

I know bars get charged a lot to show PPVs in general, and the penalty if you get caught just ordering it normally and showing it at the bar is BIG.
