Probably like 10 hours. Sometimes things come up that require a lot more actual work. Part of my job is being available to respond to things that come up but I am basically shitposting while doing that.

I have scoliosis which I feel may be causing some issues as I grow older. Also, I got a back injury and nerve damage in a car accident when I was 9. Required physical therapy and such.

So my back has always caused some issues. It has gotten worse as I get older and lazier. It's not quite to the point that I feel I need to seek treatment or anything. Just basically a mild ache most of the time, and some pain if do too much. Occasionally I'll get a catch in it that kind of puts me out of commission for a bit.

I don't think any of that is caused by my age(40), but it is making it easier to agitate existing issues.

Yes my rhomboid and scapula muscles are always hurting but I got stuff to massage them and they feel so good and cures them for the day but the pain comes back the next day.

It varies depending on a couple of factors. Pickled ones all tend to be mostly but not entirely mild, but on the fresh side of things they can be anywhere from essentially bell peppers to I'd say about 70% or so of a haba.

If you buy the same brand/from the same grocer, they tend to have roughly the same level of spiciness, so it must be related to breeding or watering or something like that.

Anyway, yeah, they're definitely the shallow end of the spiciness spectrum, but a lot of people can't even handle those.

Oh I am not fond of ghost pepper things, but only because they always seem to have this bad barbecue flavor to them for some reason. It could be from the roasting, but I just really dont like that flavor. The heat is hot, but I like good taste with my heat if that makes any sense.

Man that's definitely not true and IDK why people say this. If it was true, you could cover literal garbage in hot sauce and eat it and be like "just tastes like burning!"
