Googled it and some mixed responses. It sounds like going to failure on each set can build mass the fastest, but also needs proper recovery. Since I only lift like twice a week, I think I am okay.

I don't know anything about how many reps you should be doing. So I am just saying what I do not telling anyone that it is right, or they are wrong.

What I do is 2 sets of 8. Then I go to failure just on the last one. Sometimes that is more sometimes that is less than ate. (lol I am leaving that ate there since that is what I typed and it is kind of funny)

There are some horrible sitcom mother who do you think is the worst. I am speaking about main characters not side characters that are mothers in horrible.

For me, it is a tie between Rochelle from Everybody Hates Chris and Lois from Malcolm in the Middle. These are just two horrible human beings who hate being told that they are wrong. And for some reason, everyone puts up with their behavior even though they bring nothing good into the household.

For fathers can't think of any bad one. Stupid and Lazy yes but none as mean as those two mothers. Unless we go into cartoon. And Homer and Peter would be on top off the list. People give Homer a pass, but he is horrible. But we grew up with him, so it is easier to let his shit slide. And if we are going Cartoons, Lois from family guy goes up with the other two.

In the gym how long should you rest. I have seen any where between 30 seconds and 5 mins .

I don't have the control not to eat. My family is a here visiting me. And they brought in food. And that food just being there maybe eat. Anyone else have that trouble. If food isn't around you are okay. But if something there .. you going to have to have a bite.

I am going to post my home Gym on Friday. I am just saying it now so I can remember to do it. It isn't anything at all fancy. But I have bands and dumbbells and I get a full workout. I made a topic about out side of here. I guess on Friday I will go into detail. Well I guess Saturday since Friday I have to build my bench. And clean the turtle tank.

Walker killing the guy who killed Lamar wasn't the problem, it was the way he did it, and that video of it was instantly on the internet which made him seem like a psychopath. The only reason the government came down on him was because he made them look bad.

For me it is more Sam and Bucky's reaction. Steve took on the whole world for Buck. Broke up the team, got 5 other mind washed people killed, beat up like 100 police, and knocked out people on the raft. Because of his dedication to Bucky. Do these guys think for one second that Cam would not have ended someone who killed one of them.

The Jokers portrayal in the comics has often been so dark and chaotic that it prompts a gut reaction from readers. Like no one is saying Wonder Woman should kill Cheeta and people hate furries, and unlike other villains who have clear motives like Lex Luthors greed or Sinestros hunger for power, the Jokers actions often seem senseless and cruel, to normal people. NOTE Lex did give his sister Cancer but still it is more normal thing for Joker. And this senselessness is why it is only Batman that fans have these debates about when it comes to his no kill rule.

There was a comic where there was this therapist helping Joker's victims, and in the end, Joker disfigures him. When readers see that, who else are they gonna blame but Batman? And what about that whole face-cutting nonsense a few years back? It's like, come on, writers, really?

So people should not blame the fans for wanting Batman to kill. Blame that they made Joker just the fucking worse and no one in their right mind would not put that guy on Death Row or hell the Phantom Zone.

Netflixs Death Note was fun.

People are going to hate me for this. and I know that this is taking your POST to extremes it wasn't meant to be. But I like the movie better than the show. Light just got random good stuff happen for him all the time to keep going.

I've got to stand my ground on this one. John Walker gets unfairly criticized. Right from the start, when he and Lamar reaches out for help, Bucky brushes him off just because he didn't stroke his ego the right way. Walker keeps trying to do the right thing, only to get pushed around time and time again. Then, Lamar gets kidnapped and murdered. When Walker takes action against one of the killers, it's seen as excessive, but let's be real, it wasn't overboard.

Let's not forget, Bucky releases a mass murderer and assassin, the same guy who took out T'Challa's father and caused chaos by blowing up innocent people, just so he could continue his killing spree. He even incited a riot in a prison. And Sam? Well, he starts off the movie by taking out bad guys too. But somehow, Walker is the one in the wrong. And let's be honest, Sam was way too lenient with those literal terrorists. "Oh, let's think about helping them." Come on, Sam, do something about it.

I am sorry to hear that. You can look into adult ad jobs. If you want to go back into teaching. Right now it might not be spots open for normal teaching job. But Adult ed might be easier to get in the middle of the year. Plus they should have some of those in very county. So you can say next to your SO.
