I'm truly sorry if this is stressing anyone out, but considering the fact there are literally hundreds of millions of people out there ignorantly buying products like that on a daily basis, and even if they knew, most of them wouldn't care. This is a large part of why I've been dooming since November. I had some hope that things could improve, but with Trump's victory and COP29 being an oil state circle jerk, it hammered home for me how humanity is now stuck on a downward spiral.

Even if things turns around politically, it's going to be too little too late. It's not like the overwhelming majority of people (or even just the billionaires) are suddenly going to turn their lives around enough to bring about a change that couls stabilize the climate.

Honestly, I have pretty much lost hope and have no idea what to do, aside from continuing to work my job, taking care of my cats, and not follow the news as much as I did before.

Not at all. As long as you're respectful is perfectly ok to be there. Every now and when I'm on a long walk I sometimes visit a graveyard because of how peacefully quiet it is, or in some countries (especially Italy) the architecture is quiet amazing (and sometimes quite ancient as well).

I have twice before over this kind of thing. It hasn't been nearly as bad since I came back this last time, but I called this happening weeks ago. Told my family, messaged Miquella that I thought this would happen.

I'm extremely frustrated, and if my other coworkers asks me to work for her tomorrow, or they ask me to cover Friday I think I might lose it.

All the money I earn here goes straight into keeping our business going. I haven't actually earned anything myself for a while.

I was really hoping it would be self sufficient enough that I could quit it start saving again. But it's not quite there.

No offense, but this is getting ridiculous. It's wrong on so many levels that you're being repeatedly knowingly taken advantage of and don't even keep any money for yourself.
It's kind of impressive that you've stuck around there for so long, but it doesn't sound like it's profitable or sustainable for you in any way.

Please do yourself a favor, and find another job. I know it may seem difficult jumping into an unknown, but based on what you've told us so far, all this really isn't worth it.

Sounds to me that these are your options:

• Learn to say "No", and stick with it.
• Accept that this is the way things work over there, and just suck it up.
• Apply for a job somewhere else and quit this one.

I know you mentioned you've had anxiety, and perhaps I'm oversimplifying things, but based on what you've told us, it comes down to those options.

If you don't want things to change and just wanted to vent, then by all means, stick to what you know.
If you feel you're being treated unfairly and do want things to change, then it's up to you to make that change happen, because your boss and his wife certainly aren't going to change, considering this has been going on for so many years.

Considering the MAGA mindset is not sustainable in the long run, I figure it will be its own undoing in the long run. Unfortunately I fear they'll take a lot of people down with them.

My manager is just a manipulator. I've known him since we were in high school, and he's always been the kind of person that weasels into a popular group, claims to be friends with the most powerful of the group, then uses that person's power to get his way.

I wasn't close with him then. But when I started working here, he acted like we were best friends back then. Then it gradually turned into him asking favors as a friend, and such. Then snowballed into him thinking he could make me do anything.

I did eventually quit, and it was due to him. They talked me into coming back and it kept going. I stuck it out for as long as I could, blew up on them and quit again. They did also convince me to come back again, on the condition that I wouldn't have to work more than 2 days. >_>

They have been doing better, unless I use my vacation time or ask for certain days off. It's just frustrating.

Is there no other job vacancy you could apply for?
When things are so frustrating that you quit, came back, quit again, came back again, and are now ranting about how frustrating this is, there's something not right here.

Soul Reaver is great. Arguably the best in the Legacy Of Kain series, at least in terms of gameplay.
Don't worry if you're not familiar with LoK. Although Soul Reaver is the second game in the series, it's not confusing or anything if it's your first LoK game.

They're both good, but out of those two Have You Ever Seen The Rain definitely sticks with me much, much more.

To this day it's still one of my favorite games. And even though I know the game inside out by now, Killap's Restoration Mod (which contains a lot of scrapped/unfinished things that were confirmed to be originally planned for F2) made the game feel like a whole new experience, and still make it fun to play.

Sadly that gotcha won't fly with anyone, otherwise everyone would have admitted Trump coudn't have been made POTUS, considering he and his supporters think Trump also won the 2020 election.

I appreciate that they tried some different things, and I even like it more than some other third-gen SW movies. I especially like that it's one of the very few SW movies that doesn't have a big epic space battle at the end. Unfortunately it was just not enough to be generally considered good.
