The ones I can remember have all been a mixed bag at best.

• Pataki was a moderate Republican for his day (these days his positions would make him unelectable in the GQP) but he wasn't exactly good.
• Spitzer could have been a good governor if he remembered to at least keep up the pretense of being a decent husband but he decided to think with his penis and it cost him everything.
• Patterson made a lot of unpopular but seemingly necessary decisions that made his chances at reelection look slim at best.
• Cuomo was a snake and a corrupt Democrat who gave the party a bad name.
• Hochul has been a mixed bag with this statement being part of the negative side.

Just imagine how bad it will get if they can make drones the size of a fly.
