Iceland wants to test their armed forces and specifically asks for Japan. Since this is only a drill, Japan is allowed to participate (new rulings for expanded training in allied or agreed upon upon areas in the argument that in order to protect itself, Japan must protect it allies from enemies who would become threats to Japan). Iceland loses this drill and asks for a further stage. Iceland wants to pay taxes to Japan and operate as second location of Japan. Iceland claims this part of the drill is to see how Iceland would regroup and take control if invaded. For this drill, all real firearms of Iceland are removed and in a neutral storage (New Zealand). Iceland says the Japanese actors must be able to defend Icelanders from bears and may use real guns when necessary. Iceland will pay real taxes to Japan with the promise that these payments never need be monetarily nor socially reimbursed and that Iceland must honorably practice under true burden and that Icelanders are allowed to move to Japan as citizens. This benefits Japan by them gaining more proper for their dwindling population and Japan agrees. Many Icelanders move into Japan. How long until Icelanders are in major political positions and the two identities are equal and undivided in political representation and beliefs?

I think peoples dreams have weird elements in general, but the weird elements are kind of like when AI art adds random things that dont make sense from any design perspective.

The edited part was the last sentence, where I worried I wasnt clear enough in the end result. Even now, I will say I shouldve just written that the end result of this hypothetical is Japan and Iceland acting as a single democratic, unified country.
