I was playing a dwarf druid last time but i didn't particularly feel attached to it.

should i just pick one of the origin characters? Dark Urge looks fully customizable but i don't like the murderhobo backstory terribly much.

it's pretty bad but i haven't spent more than 20 bucks on stuff outside the expacs

my grandma gave me a 10oz bar of silver as part of my inheritance before she bites it. i have debts i'm working on, so i was thinking of selling it and using it towards that, probably getting 350-380CAD for it (is what i was told).

my parents have told me that this is a terrible idea and that i need to hold onto it for the future because it's gonna be worth like 50,000 (their words) and if i get rid of it now i'll always regret it.

now i usually trust my dad when it comes to financial stuff, as he did go to college for business and successfully ran his own business for over a decade before deciding to switch to fundraising, which he's been doing successfully for over 20 years now.

i dunno. anyone got any input?

Lets be real. The actual gear and whatnot of the pawns really didn't matter a whole lot and they were mostly there to faff around while you killed everything.

i sucked tho so i didn't kill a lot of things. i relied heavily on my friends strider and mage pawns

I haven't looked at any news for this game yet. I'm hoping that it's possible to create and use more than one of your own pawns. I get that a main draw of the first game is that you have to recruit other players' pawns to fill out your party, but I want to fully design my own party instead of having to rely on the endless legion of skimpy loli waifus.

surprisingly i didn't see a whole lot of skimpy waifus in any of my runs in the first one. then again, i did mostly only use friends pawns, not random players

As long as it's legible in the pic, it should be. I've had to do it for insurance purposes before. There are free sites that will convert JPG to PDF but I don't know how well they convert.

still stressed about them probably turning it off, but less stressed about there being problems with the documents.

most of the games i play have audio cues for things so i don't think i could play them without sound.

Support claims are notoriously complex to navigate, and we all know why. Unclaimed support dwarfs the amount lost to fraudulent claims.

got a letter yesterday (yeah i only opened it today, i kinda thought it was just a regular notice originally) saying to give them my bank statements from Oct-Dec and my tax assessment from 2022.

last time this happened was back in 2021 and they turned off my benefits because "you don't seem to need them" and then i ended up back on them in 2023 after failing my ass out of another job and becoming temporarily homeless.

still unemployed since last June and probably won't be changing.

i only drive for work and i am legally not allowed to go even a 10th of a km higher than the speed limit. in fact, we're encouraged to go about 2-3 under.

back when i still had a car, i ended up driving my car the same way personally just so i wouldn't run the risk of my car driving habits carrying over to work.

yeah it pissed people off but hey, i ended up not needing the car where i lived so i sold it, and if they want to pick a fight with the 14 tonne giant yellow bus, that's on them.

yeah i went back in 2019 with my parents and sisters.

had a good time, even if i got bit by something that made my neck swell up super huge. nothing lifethreatening, just a massive swelling on the back of my neck.

went to the dreamworks amusement park, the steve irwin zoo, some beaches. gold coast is busy. our airbnb had an infinity pool and it was nice temperatuires all around. iced coffee is very different there than here. terrible for a diabetic like me

the worst thing was we were meeting with an old friend of dad's who moved there like 15 years ago. turns out he's a massive racist piece of shit who treats service workers terribly.

this is my second time playing this one fully.

i've gotten pretty far in it multiple times, but always fell off.

i am alternating playing this with Rogue Trader so i don't burn out easily on either of them.

my first time completing it was on xb1 and i played an archer rogue. it was... okay, but i think i would have had more fun with a melee rogue.

having a blast with the 2h warrior now
