Vokrent 02/05/24 5:42:08 AM #8:	yeah i went back in 2019 with my parents and sisters. had a good time, even if i got bit by something that made my neck swell up super huge. nothing lifethreatening, just a massive swelling on the back of my neck. went to the dreamworks amusement park, the steve irwin zoo, some beaches. gold coast is busy. our airbnb had an infinity pool and it was nice temperatuires all around. iced coffee is very different there than here. terrible for a diabetic like me the worst thing was we were meeting with an old friend of dad's who moved there like 15 years ago. turns out he's a massive racist piece of shit who treats service workers terribly. --- Marching on in deathly silence, upon the shores we go. The centre of Australia is a lot of empty desert with few people.
