There's also a built-in subsidy based on income to help those with low income pay for the mandated health insurance. I personally don't know many details about the subsidy and how well in practice it will help low-income people get health care, but it's not like they're explicitly going to tax people who are too poor to afford the mandated health coverage.

This is the only message board I still frequent, but I used to be more active at a couple other boards. Most of the time, it was because it was a smaller community and it didn't take much to become a known regular, whereas here there's a fairly high standard expected of users to become notable.

Neverwinter Nights: Hordes of the Underdark has that as one of the options, if you choose a specific quest reward in one of the main storyline quests. Other options include swords and fireballs.

Actually I think this is part of some aborted ARG/viral marketing. The first one came out a year or two ago, somebody dug up a weird blog that's related to it, emails were sent out with a follow-up test, etc etc, but it sort of petered out as far as I can tell.
