That's what I did in Twilight Princess.

Unfortunately, this game is all about STRATEGY and specific sword motions so I can't do that.

In all honesty, it's probably not that bad, but the fact that I can't flail at it like I did in TP and the fact that they're still god damn scary and big as hell makes me want to stop playing.

I think you need to play 4-3 again.

Nope! I enjoyed it. Somehow, I did. It was charming in a way and Daryan is pretty cool. There were also some neat stuff in there, like the whole Lamiroir/Machi thing. Also gets credit because Sound Board is probably the best evidence in the series, right up there with the Cardboard Badge. But I have to admit that yeah, it is pretty annoying, especially that whole silly Lamiroir trick with the concert.

I don't think a single AA case is bad. The only one that might is 4-4 and definitely 4-0.

I like JFA more than a lot of people. I think 2-1 is really brilliant for an opening case and has a really strong opening. Amazing opening (dat dark judge), clever contradictions, good murderer, good set-up, and a very satisfying way to end the case. 2-2 is a pretty good case. It's more serious than other cases and I think it does it well. Ending was very satisfying, plot was good, and I just liked the case overall. 2-3 is...well, 2-3 is unique and the first investigation is pretty fun. You have to give it points for creativity, too.

2-4 is 2-4. Enough said.

Oh yeah, this talk about the defendants reminds me:

Apollo Justice did very well with victims. All 4 of them had at least one line of dialogue and were generally interesting people that weren't just placeholder people that are just "oh, we need a victim for a murder mystery, let's get some random character". I appreciate that. AAI...yeah. There were so many "lol" victims in AAI (one of which is the amazing deid mann), it's kind of a shame.

4-2's opening. So bad. SO BAD. Uggggh, it's a shame, because that case was pretty solid. It's just the 1st investigation is so dreadful.

And finally, what is with these AJ > PW2 people. Really. Anyone who thinks AJ > PW2 need to explain their logic, imho.

Apollo is alright. There are just two big problems with him. Right now, he's Phoenix Wright Lite. He is just way too similar to being Phoenix, but he doesn't have the emotional draw that Phoenix has. They need to do something about his character imho.

Another thing is that he has zero development. Klavier and Hobonix pretty much guided Apollo to victory in all of Apollo Justice and he hasn't done anything for himself. They really need to get something going with that guy.

Phoenix flat-out references that a friend of his is still around and sending him Steel Samurai tapes to watch in AJ, so I"m really not sure how that would work if that isn't Maya. Unless it's Pearl, but that's stretching it.

I love Silver. He's SO bad that he just wraps around to being good again. His hilariously nasally voice acting, his completely tool-ish personality, his "I'M ON A ROLLLLL" smugface when he wins, his stupid design, his IBLIS TRIGGGGGGGGGGGER corniness, his incredibly awful billiard balls puzzle...just EVERYTHING is just so laughably corny and bad that I can't help but laugh at him. The only actually good thing about him is his theme song. Oh, and I guess he was a sweet boss battle in Generations.

that's also incredibly silly

And the SHADOW KICK TO THE HEAD. Every scene Silver is in is always funny for the wrong reasons.

Cascade is pretty damn awesome. dat hype. So good. Music could have been better, but man. Black Hole, Green Sun during the part where The Tumor explodes is so amazing. SO GOOD.

Also, Doc Scratch is god damn amazing. Top 5 character.

And I'm pretty sure nobody here finds Eridan sympathetic. The people who like Eridan because he's a "crusader taking up their strides against romance" or something are crazy. I like Eridan a lot, but I don't find him sympathetic at all.

butthurt nepeta fans that want "justice to be done" to gamzee are so god damn hilarious

nepeta was funny, but that's all. not even that funny, tbqh, but she played her role well.

Karkat > Terezi > Vriska > Gamzee > Eridan > Kanaya > Equius > Tavros > Nepeta >= Aradia > Sollux > Feferi

Feferi is the worst. She is just so dull.
Sollux is pretty cool, but he's useless and he's not too terribly interesting in chatlogs.
Aradia is likable, but I can't think of anything where I really went "hell yeah aradia". Aside from FEDORA and Make her pay.
Nepeta is funny and has a pretty great relationship with Equius. It doesn't help her case that she basically serves as fanservice to catgirl-lovers. Bleh.
Tavros. Rap session with Dave and Gamzee. So good. Relationship with Jade and Vriska is pretty great, too.
I'll be honest. Before GANON's pics, Equius would probably be where Aradia is. Seriously, those pics are so good. Plus, those sunglasses and Seek the highb100d is so great.
Kanaya has SNARKY HORSE**** feud with Rose, which is pretty damn awesome and she just kind of ties everyone together. and dat kanpire.
Eridan is ****ing hilarious, has an excellent design, has one of the best themes of the trolls, has a great typing style, and just generally everything about him is great. And wwizard Eridan is so amazing, because god damn, he made Homestuck a lot more fun.
Pretty much everything I said about Eridan can apply to Gamzee. Except I really loved Gamzee, ever since he first showed up. Just everything he did. His convos are so amazing (Eridan/Gamzee convo is just so good. I show it to anyone who dare says that Gamzee/Eridan are bad characters). Sober!Gamzee really made things great and god DAMN, I love Gamzee. Just everything he does is so "**** YEAH GAMZEE".
Do I really need to explain on the Karkat/Terezi/Vriska trio. Karkat gets top for being the funniest character in Homestuck, as well as being a rather dynamic character. Terezi gets second due to PW bias, Dave convos, and just everything. Vriska gets third, because...well, she's better than everyone else but not better than Karkat and Terezi.
