I knew the ruse part, I just forgot Bolton wasn't one of the ones captured. I also missed the part where they actually got back to the Twins, but it's more or less irrelevant in the grand scheme of things, since they never rejoined Robb's main host up to this point.

F***ing Boltons. Wonder how they're going to deal with that in the show? Both of those things (Roose taking Harrenhal and Ramsay sacking Winterfell) seem pretty important. I guess they could still do them, but without "Reek" or Vargo Hoat to set them up I can't see them doing it in a non-contrived manner.

Past book details that didn't happen, show watchers read at your own risk despite there not being any actual show spoilers (but who knows what they'll toss in the show later):

In the books, Roose Bolton left as they crossed the Twins (after Catelyn met with Lord Frey) to lead the diversionary battle against the Lannisters as Robb retook Riverrun. He was cut off after that point, which led to him being captured and thus taking Harrenhal. In the show, he still has never left Robb, and is one of the few of his "lieutenants" actually getting dialog. I see no chance of that coming to pass, but they've surprised me before.

About the next character you brought up, I will say this (show watchers should definitely NOT read this part, only people done with ACoK):

Ramsay could appear for like 15 seconds next episode without being cast, a la Beric Dondarrion when Ned dispatched him last season. Or he could just "be there" leading the sack but not be seen. They definitely set it up for him to be the one to sack Winterfell in the previous conversation between Roose and Robb (on the show).

"The Limited" seems like an odd choice for everything Archer has to offer. It probably was the best S3 episode, at least. Not that it matters, not much in the comedy division is going to beat any of Community's high points.

I never got that into Scrubs (no real reason), but "My Lunch" is one of the ones I've seen and it is truly fantastic.

I think he means the fact that that was the popular theory at the time which they vehemently denied using. Turning around and using it later on, albeit in a different venue, is kind of a cop-out, and doesn't inspire confidence that that wasn't the original intent with the island as people were guessing in the first place.

Though if she killed them all that easily and only a few minutes have passed by for her, it's kind of weird that Meenah knew what a God Tier looks like.

Edit: Wait, Aranea was in a God Tier outfit earlier. Though now I question how that's a just or heroic death.

Uggggh FF8 and your strange controls. Triangle is cancel? Circle is menu? FF7 was odd as well with that, only Circle was accept and X was cancel.

FF7's control scheme was actually the norm for a lot of Japanese RPGs. SNES RPGs used the same button placement for the most part, as well. And MGS stuck with it through MGS3, oddly enough.

FF8, on the other hand. I have no idea what the f*** was up with that.

Also, MIB being every postmortem, non-afterlife appearance of Christian creates a ridiculous amount of blatant plot holes if he can't cross over water. Hell, he briefly appeared outside of the damn island.

Lost had really good plot continuity before Season 6.

I love how they depict an afterlife that is completely like real life in every way, right down to people dying in it. Wait, no, that's stupid.

Also, being the afterlife completely negates the nuclear explosion having f*** all to do with causing the flash-sideways, when they blatantly indicate that that's what caused the whole thing. Unless there was no afterlife before people detonated a nuke on the island.

I always assumed automobile covered everything from cars to buses, so long as it was on the road, enclosed on four sides, and had at least 4 wheels. Wikipedia does not agree with this, though.

I can recognize that Seinfeld is good, but I didn't like the "average" episode all that much, either. At least at the time. But that's just me. The series finale is the world's biggest circlejerk, though.

If you ignore the last few seasons of Friends:

Chandler > Joey > Phoebe > Ross > Rachel > Monica

In fact, overall I still wouldn't change that ranking, but Joey, Phoebe, and Ross really got hackneyed by the end of it. So did Monica and Chandler too to a certain extent, but not enough to make me re-consider my opinion on them (but Monica started out last, anyways).

Rachel is kind of interesting because she's the only sitcom character I can think of that became less of a stereotype of herself and more of a realistic person as the show went on (or the opposite of Flanderization, to put it simply). Even what I consider "good" sitcoms don't pull that off, though they often have characters that retain the depth they started with. Of course, that alone doesn't make someone a good character, just as Flanderization doesn't necessarily make someone bad character. It's just odd that it happened that way.

I didn't say they had bad taste here, though the way I phrased my comment I can see why it would be taken that way. I'm just not sure how they so frequently and collectively have a very different opinion than everyone else. It's uncanny.

"The End" has no right to be considered a top 3 Lost episode, though. I will stick with that opinion to my death.

As long as you only listen to the song itself, it's completely safe and refers to an event that took place before the books started. The details of the song are a minefield of spoilers, though.

And for anyone as far as Menji in the books: The spoiler attached to this is in Storm. Even in the spoilers I won't get too specific, but it's played at a certain wedding.

But seeing Cordelia tell Angel to get away from a hurt Wesley and Angel actually doing it is very v_v.

Angel essentially doesn't care enough to be where he's not wanted at that point. If he really wanted to be there, he would have stayed and tried to fix the situation.

That's how I see it, at least.

This isn't true at all. Lopez features prominently in every season except 6 and 8. Hell, DONUT wasn't in those seasons, either!

Lopez has about as much screentime as Sheila in most seasons, and less than Doc/O'Malley. Hell, Andy's in more of S4-5. Donut, while he's there, still has as much focus as the rest of the Reds and Blues.

I can see giving Lopez S3 as well, I suppose. Though in the first half of it he's literally just following O'Malley with no commentary.

I think you're looking at 3.1 with nostalgia goggles. It was extremely limited in what it actually could do. Understandably so, but it doesn't change the fact that to do just about anything worthwhile you had to actually just use DOS instead.
