you can keep her at a distance and play around what she does pretty easily. if shes about to start the dash attacks, you can usually jump over the first two and then as long as you stay on the ground she'll go for a third one which is pretty easy to punish by pogoing off of her.
the attacks where she goes aerial will result in her coming down and are easy to get attacks in. counter is extremely easy to punish by a short jump and dash regardless of which one she does. if shes on the ground you'll end up behind her, if it's the aerial counter you'll either be safe under her or you dashed away and she cant reach.
boss definitely gave me trouble at first until you get the rhythm so to speak, but after figuring it all out, the second time i had to beat it was pretty brainless and only took one try
(I used wanderers so I suppose your mileage may vary depending on crest but not that much)
