Yeah, I've never watched these guys, but I love some harmless internet drama and apparently their fans were pissed. They lost 100k subscribers over the weekend.
And apparently this announcement coincided with an announcement that they're doing their own version of a Buzzfeed show called Worth It where they compared food dishes from cheap, midrange, and expensive restaurants. I'm seeing more than a couple complaints on their subreddit about them claiming poverty while doing a series where "Steve eats thousand dollar gold-sprinkled steak."
Wishing you the best on your intermittent fasting journey! I also practice it, as I really enjoy eating. Postponing when I eat helps me manage my intake. However, its important to remember that many studies suggest the weight loss from intermittent fasting may not be due to delaying food consumption. Because of that I let me self have a nibble here and there some times. Note I am not suggesting you should do this in your personal journey. Do what works well for you.

My weight keeps going up. My Doctor thinks it could be a medication I took a week or two ago. This is horrible. So I am going on super cut. I am going to try to do 500 calories a day until I start going down.
About 7 pounds. I was almost back into the over 200 club again. And besides one day. I am eating at a big Deficit. Just so odd. The old me would be freaking out...but now i am just confused
I have no clue what is going on with my weight. I keep going up and up. I was was sick for a little while back and I got down to 185 now with in like a weeks time I am at 197 pounds. And I have not been eating that much. Last time I had like two chicken wings and that is it and I gained. I don't know what is up. I am under a lot of a stress so maybe that is doing it. I am just getting overwhelmed by everything. I hope to get stuff on starting tomorrow.
I thought it was pretty bad but I had never listened to Avril's Chop Suey until now and I don't think anything is going to beat that.
Does anyone know how to get rid of belly fat. I know they say that you can't spot weight loss. But I am losing weight everywhere but this belly fat is out of this world.

i've used those a few times, but generally only when I have been given a carton by one of the food banks we go to. i've never actually bought a carton. i probably wouldn't seek it out the because they don't really taste that good to me lol. the yolk is my favorite part of the egg. and it's actually really healthy for you cuz it's where all the micronutrients are. and all the claims about how the cholesterol is bad for you have been pretty definitively disproven.
i am however curious about these egg white wraps that you can use in place of tortillas. there doesn't seem to be any sold in stores near me though. i was thinking about ordering a pack online to try them out, if i can afford it.
i meal prepped another batch of scrambled egg burritos this morning:

this time i used different tortillas. i made 4 with spinach herb tortillas and 4 with sun dried tomato tortillas. they are more calories than the whole wheat tortillas were, and are simple carbs instead of complex carbs, which kinda sucks, but they taste soooooooo much better lol. i have already previously had an individually made scrambled egg burrito with the spinach and herb tortillas, and it was really good. and then with this batch, i ate one of the ones with the sun dried tomato tortillas, and it was good too. i don't know which one i like better.
i used 20 eggs this time instead of 18, because the ones from the last batch were not quite filling enough. everything else was pretty much the same though. although i had a brainfart and forgot that i used spray olive oil last time, and this time instead i used regular olive oil, and the result was that it came out noticeably more moist. the pans where i portioned out the eggs and melted the mozzarella cheese on was slick with oil puddles when i took it out of the oven. and when i was wrapping the burritos, a few of them leaked pretty significantly. so i'm gonna have to remember to use the spray olive oil for sure.
i should probably be writing this stuff down, lol.
oh so you had to sign it or be fired? why even put in a 2 week notice?
Question - is this the best way?
I just did the same weight, but my sets were 12, 9, and 7. I basically did each set to muscle failure, which I thought increases weight increases faster.
Also, my weight seems to be around 176 now. Yay! Down 5.5 since the New Year without dieting and while gaining muscle.
