I may have to ghost from the boards soon (not willingly), but before that possibility becomes reality, I want to express my gratitude to everyone. Your collective efforts have been outstanding. Your support has been a tremendous source of motivation for me in my weight loss journey. Losing weight is a challenging endeavor, yet the guidance, advice, and shared stories of your own gainz and losses have inspired me to persevere and set new objectives. I don't want to sound like a teacher, or a sensei or something like that, but I am proud of the effort of everyone who has ever posted in these topics.
Should circumstances prevent my return, know that my weight stands at 189 well, really 190 but Im determined to break into the 180 club before I go. This past month, the scale hasnt shown significant movement, but Ive shed over 10 pounds of fat and built 4 pounds of muscle. Kudos to each of you for the dedication and hard work youve invested.

I use 18 pound dumbbells for the chest flies and sheesh, I feel it for a couple days afterwards.This means you're doing them right, which is an issue a lot of people have with flys. You can go through the movement wrong and overly rely on your delts. You'll move more weight, but you'll jack up your shoulders and not get the chest workout you're looking for. So, you're definitely on the correct path here at least.

Been a sleep ever since shortly after that post. I am getting my Zs in. A good part of weight loss and muscle Growth putting the work in , in the bedroom .I do make sure to put the work in! In the bedroom activities are good calorie burners

Here is my home gym. I might posted on the main board to see if anyone else has one. But I wanted to posted it here first. Nothing fancy but here is where I make my gainz. The picture in my main post. I am going to throw my Boxing Gloves and my V grip in the picture to make it go a little harder. Maybe put all the plates on the dumbbells if I don't get too lazy LOL

Did a 15 mile ride while meeting with a support group over 90 minutes. Thankfully no one mentioned anything.Out of curiosity, what's with the sets of 21? It's not wrong, but you can likely get similar results with higher weight/fewer reps. If you're trying shave time off of your routine, that would help a bit.

Getting hard to ride in the afternoon. My outdoor cycling season may be wrapping up. Mornings and evenings are too dangerous to ride.
4 mile walk early this morning playing 2K. Gonna try to complete a 40 game season by the end of Q2. Averaging 2 miles a game.
Added 20lbs to my standard bench and Im now bench pressing 125lbs for 5 sets of 21
Still snatch grip deadlifting 235lbs for 10 sets of 5 and squatting 185lbs for 2 sets of 20. Like the development of my arms and traps. CNS feels awesome. Working to complete all lifts over the course of 2 hours.
I probably now have to ride bikes outside less because of the heat. I'll probably start racing virtually when it's cool at night. What lifts would you add to my program if I did all of this in one day? Can only lift 2x a week because of my cardio schedule but I have plenty of juice. Normally I would box but its a bit too hot to do that outside too. Pools are a little crowded due to the heat wave.
Would an hour of rowing on my machine be all I need to be balanced from a strength standpoint? Maybe pull ups?

Wazup guys I don't frequently post in this topic. But hey my health is getting better. I added burpees to my daily workout. They suck but work. Lol
