So I am in the woods right now. I have to do a major project for school and for work at the same time. So I am kind of stressed and I know that doesn't do well for your weight loss some how. And yesterday I hate more then normal. And today I might do the same LOL. Just as I am tried of eating healthy and need a break. Fried Catfish, and I still want to got Hooters and get some fries on Saturday . So I am going to reck things in a weekend.

And who the real stuff.. I went to the Doctor and they were not happy with my water intake. But did say my blood pressure was okay. I'm skeptical because the bottom number was 95 one day and 58 the next day. So I am going to keep track of it until I see them in 3 months. That is 12 weeks . Two pounds a weeks. And I should be down 24 pounds. I am 192 (give or take) that means I should be 168 when I see them next. That would put be in normal BMI. And it would be so great. Honestly right now at 192 . I think I look normal. But I am 30% fat. I think I might just work to get to 25% body fat and then just be happy. I am wearing large shirts, and size 36 pants are too big.

So I am going to try to drink a gallon a water a day. I didn't want to tell her that I didn't want to have that water weight on me. Like that is real reason I stop drinking as much as I use to. But I know good in well that is a not a healthy view point. So I was like naw I will kept that to myself. Also I tought by blood pressure was bad since it has been higher then average. But they said it was fine. I still don't know. But I will be keeping track until I go back in 3 months. Also in 3 months, I want to drop 24 more pounds. It is getting harder for some reason. But I can try. If I do that I would be in the normal BMI for my height. And I would be like Doctor. I lost this weight while eating white foods. So there .

Wazup guys I don't frequently post in this topic. But hey my health is getting better. I added burpees to my daily workout. They suck but work. Lol

I am not buff , so take this with a grain of Salt . Don't do stuff you don't like doing. In the long run you will be better off.
