A beautiful set-up. I'll post my gym on page 1 of the new topic. Going on four years since I first built it.

In the last 16 hours.
8 sets of 5 Snatch Grip Deadlift - 235lbs
2 sets of 20 Squat - 185lbs
3 mile walk playing 2K on the Treadmill early this morning
2 mile jog after work

Back is stiff but feels way better post-run. Supposed to do bench, pull-ups, presses and the rowing machine while watching the Lightning-Panthers hockey game but I dunno. Zzzs are important for sure
