The ending is just honestly amazing and it got some tears out of me.

This has. But not a lot. A show that has made me cry like a baby is Doctor Who. So many episodes. Even after I've seen the episode before, I still cry.

I don't like mixing comedy with downer endings. Scrubs is too Mood Whiplash for my taste.

If you didn't cry during the S8 finale (which I and many others maintain is the true finale because fuck season 9) then you have no soul

Scrubs made me cry on many occasions.
I saw a few episodes from season 9 but I just couldn't stomach it. Screw S9 for ruining a perfect finale for a great show.

If they said it was a spinoff series that was just for a season I don't think anyone would have had a problem.

I thought it was supposed to be, but somebody higher up just told them to call it S9. Anyway I couldn't finish it either, wish I didn't bother at all.

It's very much known for being an emotional show and having a ton of emotional episodes. The finale especially would make anyone cry
