He's been moderated over 10 times in a MONTH and says the moderators are fascists..that's one of the key highlights of his beef video =o. oh and he sounds like he's from the south united states..and he's not a happy camper as he goes real hard on his attack on this website....

I mean he isnt lying about the zones in europe. Germany and Sweden DO have dead zones or as I have heard them called "No-Go Zones" where police wont even go because they are areas dominated by immigrants and if you do go there its at you own risk.

Nope, you should read the EULA. He linked it. Save editing only applies to the PSNetwork EULA. FFX came out before PSN came out, and FFX does not require a PSN EULA agreement to play.

Thanks for the publicity though. Someone had an opinion, how dare they.

I was seemingly being followed by a petty SJW mod for a month or two until I kept talking about it and complained about it to a lead in an appeal (which I won). It may be coincidence, it may not be, I don't really care. All I know is it was annoying and it stopped.

They can mod me all they want over subjects that hold no factual relevance to their own modding system. Do they have a right to do that? Why have an EULA or any licence agreement if they can simply break it? Should no accountability be held? Should we all ignore it? Obviously you think so.

Mods here are 10000x more lax and understanding than Reddit mods. Im a Trump supporter and Ive been modded 2 times for reasons related to that and I wouldnt completely disagree with them. On Reddit, posting the same type of stuff I do here, Ive been banned from like half that site I swear. And Ive actually gotten moderations overturned here too.

Lol well... I don't really have much comment for the argument(s), but I don't see why the *ell you bensor cypassed in that manner. Even if your whole argument is valid, the mods would just point straight to that as a cop out, tossing your efforts of logical persuasion aside. (assuming I still remember the rules correctly).

I was modded for hate speech because I said an idea was crazy. When I appealed that I was referring to society, not any particular individual, the mod justified it that my comment was intended to denigrate even more people.

Hate speech applies to protected groups. Society in general is not a protected group.
No locked doors, no windows barred. No more things to make my brain seem SKARD.

some of the things people get modded for is BS. but its their site I suppose. wish people would grow up and realize individual words aren't offensive rather its the context in which they are used. I got modded once for using the shortened version of transexual (didn't even realize it was considered offensive honestly) and I didn't use offensively at all. just trying to explain to someone that poison from final fight/street fighter used to considered one in american games because japan was afraid americans wouldn't like punching a woman in the face.
