The new snapshot build nerfed crafters, making them work slower. Everyone is complaining so this change probably wont last
From what I've seen, people are kind of ambivalent about the crafter nerf (faster crafting would be nice, but slowing crafting down for balance purposes is understandable), but the nerf to copper bulbs has pretty much everyone that cares about redstone up in arms. The one-tick delay bulbs used to have was a massive paradigm shift for redstone contraptions that opened up a huge range of options for streamlining builds and creating new ones. Getting rid of that delay makes the new block pretty much useless, and as far as anyone can tell the only actual reason for the nerf was because they couldn't figure out how to give it a 1-tick delay in Bedrock and they wanted to maintain parity. Redstone people are, understandably, pretty pissed that the biggest thing to happen to redstone in years was turned into something mostly useless for the sake of parity with a version they don't care about.
