This. It isn't at all a new concept. Disney is just expanding upon this.
Also, looks up Golden Oaks. Those are mega mansions on Disney property that you can own, but come with a very strict HOA and room service and park passes. So it's a bit like a hotel despite being a massive mansion that you need to pay taxes on us HOA fees.
