nah. In order for TC to become a CE user here, he needs to be at least 13 years old
for TC's dad to become a millenial means he needs to already procreate TC at age of 6-7ish, he's basically needs to become a kid who had very early puberty onset (which is not normal and might cause several health conditions in the future)
