Supposing it goes according to schedule, the update will have free online co-op, a new level or two, and -- if you have the Ode to Castlevania DLC -- an expansion for that expansion. Apparently the fifth and final "card" for them to reveal takes place later this week, too, so who knows what zany stops they'll pull out for it.

Might need to pick up the O2C DLC since that's the only one I'm missing. All the stuff is on sale, I think.

Sweet, Im off work tomorrow. Need to see what characters they added to OtC.

I love that game but they keep taking my 100% achievements away.

Also the latest Two Point Museum update (free) added Vampire Survivors stuff. Like new decorations and you can get the items from BS and equip your staff for different bonuses

Also, the board game launches via crowdfunding tomorrow.

That feeling when you beat Ode to Castlevania, think it's over but it's not.

Then you unlock everything again, only to find out it's still not over.

And now, it's still not over.

Wait was there a prior update to Castlevania? It felt like it had everything already.

I got two achievements just for logging on. Something about killing 150K enemies and another one. I think that was for the Westwoods-related update. If memory serves, the game doesn't put any Steam achievements behind paid content.

Those mad lads. I didn't see the trailer yet, though. I heard it was in the Xbox Indie showcase or something and didn't feel like watchin'.

Haven't touched the game in over 3 years (before it left early access), but that trailer makes me want to get back into it. Can't believe how much they've added to it.

I just unlocked the second half of Ode to Castlevania by taking Richter to meet Dracula in the clock tower where they parody their SOTN dialogue and it was fantastic. After that, there's still the Adventure stuff to do, plus all the Balatro characters to unlock (I only got the first one so far -- the one who needs 999% luck). I'm curious what the next couple updates'll be at this rate, 'cause this game keeps on truckin' with the best of 'em.

Anyone tried the online stuff yet? I looked into it a bit, but it's kinda rudimentary right now. I think you have to have one person create a lobby and give out your lobby code to others? There's no matchmaking or anything, which seems fine for now.
